Almost called the police on one of your drivers yesterday but didnt get their plate, truck #44. My husband and i were driving down m-59 between 2 semis and your company truck cut right in front of our car, then the other semi.Almost cause a big accident!!!

I am regularly given an insufficient quantity of uniforms for the week. Why pay for a laundry service when I have to wash my own clothes anyway?
3/2019I worked there 1 year 7 months as a Supervisor. Ill say this, If you dont have a route or your not one of the Good Ole Boys (hanging out playing golf or basketball outside of work with management) you wont last at this location. From plant workers, route drivers and mid management / lower management I have never seen such a turn over of employees in my life. The GM is the most egotistical, browbeating person Ive ever met. Only his star people get respect and he would still treat them bad on most occasions.On the service department side, I have been in management for over 30 years. I had more experience than the entire department combined and I have never seen such a lack of communication in my life. They stumbled over each other constantly leaving people wondering what they were doing. If you didnt have a route to cover, you could expect texts as late as 10:00 pm and as early as 3:15 am letting you know what they wanted you to do so they wouldnt have to do it.Youll notice most of the Google reviews here are from 9-10 months ago. Most of the Google reviews here were paid for. They offered their route drivers $25 per review if they could talk the customers on their routs into giving a good review.If your looking for work or just looking for a good uniform/lien company, Stay away from these guys folks! TRUST ME!
Was a rough start when they bought out Arrow. But our driver Doug went above and beyond to make sure that everything went as smooth as possible. And still make sure that we are happy with everything every week. He has great communication skills and is very personable. Unlike a lot of drivers who just drop and go. Keep up the good work!
Always try to overcharge. Try showing up more than scheduled. Just had a driver steal a check from me and his supervisor is nowhere to be found when contacting customer service. Use them at your own risk!!!!!!! Update: Supervisor finally got back to me and didnt seemed concerned to lose business at all. He did say my check is going to be mailed back to me. So glad to be rid of this service. Should have switched sooner. It was the same supervisor that was in months ago and said he would be back to address my concerns and never heard back until today.

If zero stars was possible, these guys deserve it! My company gets uniforms thru UniFirst, I keep sending in pants/shirts in for repairs due to me being more flexible than their uniforms, and guess what? They come back looking the same even tho my manager tells them about the issues and i fill out all the proper repair forms. If i pay for a service i feel like i should at least get my uniforms repaired or at least in a condition to where im not worried about my junk falling out of them.
Greg S is our RSR and he is absolutely amazing. He is always kind and courteous and is more than just a vendor to us. He is very personable and knows almost all of the employees by first name. Takes great care of us and even sends a Christmas card. Thanks for being awesome!
Our driver Steve for our shop (Gary knureck Goodyear) is fantastic. Not only is he here nice and early every week to take care of us, hes always asking how we are and how our day is. Very friendly guy all around and we appreciate what he does for us.
John is very nice he always comes in with a smile and ask how my week went. A lot of ppl dont ask that. John is a awesome worker. John delivers to my company quest diagnostics in Bloomfield every Monday and John is very helpful and also he makes my day just by saying how your day going so far.
We had some issues with receiving the bills and credits when they first took over from Arrow, however our driver Greg went above and beyond to help us and make sure proper credits were issued. We love having Greg come in; he is friendly, courteous and simply the best!

We had service for years in Livonia. Our route guy was fantastic and the people behind the scenes were always friendly and helpful when needed. We moved to Brighton and have a new route guy. Fantastic as well and the service by everyone involved is still great. Would very much recommend.

Unfortunately, in the Dealership / Uniform arena, there are several issues that arise. The is one of the worst companies to service uniforms. They have changed route-men six times within the last year.Every week they are missing pants and/or shirts.I am so shocked that every review that Ive read has received a great experience. I call at least twice a week to make a complaint...Something is missing. I really dont want the headache of changing companies but after they forgot the Operations Manager pants four weeks ...it forced my hands. I was told Randy (New District Manager) would call me but he never did.

Updated 4/17/2018 - [Edging back up to 3.5 stars right now due to recent events] A district manager named Jason made contact with me directly in light of my previous review comments below. Appreciated the effort made to reach out and actually listen to what happened and hopefully constructively and internally address the situation. I did relay that the 2 drivers I was in contact via phone and text did a bit of a save for the company and were accommodating after the initial panty twist relaying the address change delivery details. I did contact other companies to get a feel for what else is out there, but the hassle-factor for all of that now readily outweighs the endeavor and dealing with new salespeople++++Older review(s).....2 stars for whatever sucky computer system they have. Holy cow, they can never seem to bring our company up by searching for our name without an account # at the ready when I call. Even our own CRM lets you look up a client by name, address, phone #, etc. I think those are pretty basic search options in this day and age. Particulary for a system being utilized by a big corporation. Lady who answers is nice. Too bad they dont give her the proper tools to do her job or further training or something.3/26/2018 - Call today and speak directly with our rep to let her know that we have moved and that the location for the uniform pick up will be different. Our new site requires specific instructions so that we can be found as we are not an open-to-the-public business (door locked, no signage as of yet, big building with multiple suites/offices, our entrance is not located off the street, etc). I am thinking since addresses and driving to the right place are a big part of the drivers job, I ask the rep to relay the details conveyed to make HIS JOB easier and so that we can the service we signed up for. She says they dont do that / have capability of doing that. We go round and round as I am confused why relaying such things would not be an integral part of their company functions. Finally, we get to the point of discussing of the driver giving us a heads up call to which she said she would give him our # to do that. Okay, so one can relay a phone # and message to the driver to give us a call ahead of time, but no specific instructions/directions to our locale can be communicated nor do they have capability of printing it out on his route paperwork? And she is talking to me like IM the crazy one. Seriously?!! Not even an apologetic tone for the inconvenience or effort to do things just a little bit differently to accommodate a customer on a seemingly basic / wholly reasonable request. This company is seriously backward. Time to start looking elsewhere.
John p. has been my account delivery man for quite some time and he always has a smile. if I ever have a problem(usually due to me forgetting something in a pocket) john has gone above expectation and made a special trip on his time to help out. please keep him on my route!

Never the same driver, shortage of items every week from all employees. Poor clothing quality, clothes are returned unwashed and not fix. Im a current employee using their uniforms and some came back too short or too tight. They said the would change out our stuff from old to new and its been 4 months.
