I ordered colored golf balls a month before my wife’s birthday. Never received the shipment and of course didn’t have it for her birthday. Sent several emails and several phone messages. Bzany didn’t respond to any of them. Fortunately I was able to cancel the order & get my money back. I agree with others that there should be a zero rating for this company.

I knew what bulk products I wanted within a certain price range, and they did the research and provided me multiple options to select from. Everything came in on time, exactly as ordered and priced. They have been supporting our charity golf outing for years and Ive never been disappointed. Just love working with the BZany team!

ZERO STARS I couldnt post with out at least 1 starI ordered 3 bags of latex balloons 18 days ago and just got an email that my order was shipped but not yet in the system .I live in the same county as the company, 12 miles away.18 days is unacceptable time to wait for a same state order . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEWARE! I ordered bulk hats from this company and received completely different items. I’ve tried contacting this company through email, website form, and calling their store / other affiliated stores with no answer. I’ve tried probably 20 times to contact this company and it’s been weeks with no response. Do not waste your money here, there’s no guarantee you’ll receive what you order and god forbid there’s an issue you’ll never be able to reach customer service. DO NOT ORDER.....This is a fake company. They dont send out balloons. Once your money is collected, you will not get a shipment. First time I ordered intentionally. The second time 1 year later was by mistake. Id forgotten the name of the company. Same result both times. Placed an order, no order sent. Be advised. Its a fake site to steal money.

Since my previous review I have ordered 2 more times from BZany. Both times my items arrived in good shape and in a timely fashion. That makes 3 very good experiences and only one bad. I am changing my rating to 5 stars. Im giving them a pass on my first bad experience as sometimes things just happen. Clearly there is not a pattern here. The items I have ordered have been lower in price than I could find anywhere else, so I would now encourage people to check them out.Please see my updated review below, the first paragraph was my first experience with Bzany, the second paragraph my most recent:Count me in with the unhappy people. I would advise that you do not count on getting the things you order from BZany. I have an order still listed as in process now for a month. I finally called, as these were to be Christmas gifts, and was told that they did not have a ship date to offer. I noticed that the items I ordered are no long available. No communication at all. Really, a third-rate operation.I am happy to update this review. Its true, my first experience was not good. But an item I had been looking for came up on a google search on the Bzany site. I had more flexibility of time so I decided to give them another try. I put the order in, and decided after just a few days to send a message about the order to see if they could tell if these items were indeed in stock. They got right back to me and said yes, they had them and they were being shipped. It didnt take long for them to come either. So I got a difficult-to-find item at a great price, and it came quickly safe and sound. My advice is if you have a concern about a delivery date, dont let it go too long. Be proactive in communicating with them and you should be fine. I am back to being a fan, updating my 1 star to 4, one star down only because of my bad first experience.

Be careful what you order- you may get something different than you think!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Deceitful advertising and horrible customer service. They used bait and switch to have me order the wrong color hat. Photo of white cowboy hat and they ship me black ones. There is no photo of a black hat - just small print that it was black. That’s called bait and switch. And they would not accept a return. Unacceptable! I’ll be reporting them to BBB.

I ordered my daughters Halloween costume on October 5th with economic shipping ( up to10 business days). On the last day of expected arrival ( Oct 19th), we still have not received it and emailed the company. They responded “Unfortunately, part of your order will be delayed because it is on backorder. “ Turns out that “part of your order” was the entire costume. The company didn’t mention on their website ( when I placing my ordering) that they didn’t have the costume and they would have to back order. So it still has not been shipped (in fact they still don’t have the costume) and at this point, the costume had NO CHANCE of arriving before Halloween. However, their website still allows the consumer to order the costume on their site with NO notification that it would NOT arrive in time. This is crazy! They are advertising, and asking for the a consumer to purchase something the company does not have, and the company has no idea when/if they will receive it.I originally ordered it when there was a lot of selections on costumes, costumes were still on sale, and I had lots of time for delivery. Now I have to find a costume with very little selection, purchase at a non-sale price, and pay extra for delivery. AND the only resolution the company offered was a refund! How nice of them! Save yourself a lot of aggravation and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I sent half a dozen emails and tried calling the company twice and never received any answer or any contact from them whatsoever. DONT RISK IT!!! I placed an order on 2/24 and on 3/4 I reached out because I never received the order or notified of any problems. I was told half the products were on back order. After speaking with my client we decided to take what they have because the event is in 4 days. Well I was told their policy is NOT to ship partial orders and my only option is to wait or cancel. Really. Needless to say I emailed back and explained I really needed what is available and to please send the product because customer satisfaction should be more important than a policy. The only response I got was a cancel order email. Unfortunately this was the only company that sold what I needed. Luckily for me my client was very understanding and I offered more services to cover the cost. Thankfully I have a Satisfied customer.

I ordered mini angel figurines from BZany in November. I heard nothing from them so I e-mailed on December 4, 2019 and was told they were on back order. I had not heard for over a month so I e-mailed BZany again January 14, 2020 and a week later I have heard nothing by phone or e-mail. I called today and got a message stating no one was available. I am quite frustrated as these were to be Christmas gifts. I am trying to cancel order and get my money returned. I will never order from this company again. I only gave one star bc only way I could send it. Do not deserve any stars. Very poor customer service.

Terrible customer service. They do not update your order unless you ask. Then, they further complicate the issue by essentially telling you that they can’t look you up by email. Then give you the typical Covid excuse. Come on, wish from China is faster. They are no joke, 10 miles from my house. Use any other company. 35 plus days and they still tell you the same nonsense. Don’t use. Only positive is they actually refunded my order quick. I should of checked google and the BBB before buying. Only 6 ok reviews on google with over 100 negatives. I ordered a How to Train Your Dragon costume for my son for Halloween (placed on 10/22), I paid for two day shipping and I still have not received the product. My child had his heart set on that costume, and by the time we figured out it wasnt going to be here in time it was too late to get it anywhere else. Ive sent a number of messaged to their customer service team with no response. The website still says my order is in-process which, to me, is unacceptable. I paid for a product I did NOT even receive, and my son had his heart crushed.

Extremely disappointing!!!We are a clown company that we order frequently from websites on party items, i tried this company for the first time trusting the reviews place an order on a costume that after 10 days of ordering that was guaranteed 7 day delivery, I had to emailed them to check on the status of my package, since they never answer the phone, its always a recording. Short story long story they emailed me back saying that my item was in back order, and didt even bother to email me to let me know that, i requested my refund immediately since the party was that same weekend, no theyre telling me it was a credit card hold and not a charge, which is a lie I called my bank and took a screen shot of my statement and emailed this to them as a proof that it was an actual charge. I have not received an answer in 5 days. So please do not order from this people.

I ordered 3 party favors for my daughters birthday. Everywhere else was out of stock and discontinued the product. When I received my order from the company, only 1 was in the package! They still charged me for all 3 including their rediculaous shipping costs. I emailed them and they apologized (very rudely and not in anyway sincere) and refunded me for 2 of the items. This all sounds nice except they never asked me before they shipped my product what I would like to do. I would of declined the order and found something else. I asked them to refund some of the shipping costs because they never contacted me and still decided to charge full price of 3. It sounded like they would of never of refunded anything if I never contacted them.....very shady. They still have not contacted me back. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. After two weeks with no shipping confirmation, it took multiple phone calls and messages to get a person who then said it was on back order.Yet they had already taken my money and given me a confirmation number.My costume never shipped and right now Im making sure my credit card company cancels the purchase. I ordered from them at the end of December 2016. I paid for the expedited shipping but never received my item. When I emailed them, I received a prompt response that the item was on backorder. I waited a couple more weeks then requested a refund. They promptly refunded my money. I didnt want to give 1 star as their communication was excellent but couldnt give 5 stars because they never had my item to ship out. I hope they can resolve their issues as I love the products they show they should carry.

I ordered a Halloween costume on 10/2 that I needed by 10/29. The website said it would take 10 business days to arrive. I sent an email after 10 days and was told at that time it was on back order. They said they would then send it priority mail and I would have it on 10/28. It arrived on 10/30. I went to the local Halloween costume shop on 10/28 to get my 8 year old son a costume for his Halloween parade. Luckily, the local store had the same costume so my son was not disappointed. BZany lost my business. If you have a deadline, I recommend going with a different seller or ordering much, much earlier than you think is necessary.

I had the same experience as everyone else. My wife ordered a Halloween costume for our son at the beginning of October and after more than a week passed, never received any word on it shipping or anything else. We emailed them to find out the status and never received a response. Finally, we emailed them again to cancel the order as no charge had ever even been posted to our account. The only good thing they did was email back and confirm that it was cancelled. Do not order from them.

These are the same quality or worse than I got from our local dollar store for $3. Ive been trying to contact this company for the last several days, still no response. I ordered 2 Female Day Of The Dead photo/balloon holders and they look nothing like the picture on their web site both are painted very badly and the paint is peeling off one of them. I also never received my email confirmation stating information of the transaction, but my credit card was charged. Ill give them till the end of the week to respond if I get no response after that I plan to call my credit card company and dispute their charges. Use caution when ordering from this company!!!

Do not order from this company. I tried to order my daughters Halloween costume from them. Website said it was available but I did not receive a confirmation email. After 4 phone calls and 4 emails, the last of which I had to threaten to report them, I finally got an answer as it was on backorder. Funny, that’s not what the website says. I asked when would the item be available and would I have it for Halloween? Answer was “don’t know.” I told them to refund me immediately or I would report them. Thankfully they did refund my money. I don’t like being a threatening person but I had no choice where this company was concerned. Save yourself time, money and agrivation and steer clear of this company. Granted I should have checked the reviews before ordering but when you keep running into “out of stock” and finally find someone who says they have it, you don’t think to check reviews, you usually just order. Do Not order from this company. They have poor customer service and lack of communication. I ordered a my son Halloween Costume on October 9th and shipping is suppose to take up to 8 days. I received no confirmation, email or tracking number in regards to my purchase; however, they did take the payment for the product. 3 weeks later I call & email the company since I never received they item in the mail. I finally get an email response (10/26/17) saying my item was on back order. Now if I had not inquired I would have never known. This is ridiculous because if they new the item was on back order they should of emailed or called letting us know as soon as possible. I would rate them as a zero if it was possible.

This company does bad business... I ordered a kilt off of this site with express shipping. After 3 days of not receiving an email saying my item had shipped, i sent an email and got a response within two hours, was told the product was on back order and it would ship as soon as it came in. That kind of defeated the purpose of the express shipping... I was told my shipping would be changed to reflect the difference to becoming standard shipping. After being charged the original amount for express shipping i have been trying for over two weeks now to get back in touch with someone about my issue. and have yet to receive a reply. I made a group order online, and I requested for an expedited shipping cost just to never get my products. They never arrived. Bzany does not respond to my calls nor to my 2 messages. There is no way for me to get a refund. Is this company a fake online business? I want my refund ASAP.Its been three months, since I wrote this review. I still did not get my refund. I placed an order and added that Id like the 2 day delivery. I ordered on a Saturday and figured that it wouldnt be shipped until Monday so come Wednesday it never came. Thursday I went searching for a way to call and check whats going on and only found an email. I emailed them that I ordered it and was going to pay extra for the 2 day shipping because I needed it by a certain date and if it couldnt be here by then I needed it cancelled. They never said that it was on back order and never contacted me with any info until I emailed them. I should have definitely read the reviews before ordering from Bzany. My first incling something was wrong was when I paid and got no confirmation # on their website or confirmation email. I tried to cancel the order the very next day. I left a few voicemails to the number on their website (which they NEVER answer) and I sent emails using the Contact Us form on their website. Supposedly if you do the latter, they respond faster. Well I’m still waiting on a response.Two months later I receive a shipping notification. For the last week I have been trying to return a costume I do not need and had already requested to cancel. HORRIBLE customer service is a gross understatement. Horrible customer service! I emailed them about a plastic straw that was broken in the package when I opened it and they emailed me back asking for a picture. I tried emailing the picture and I got a message from Gmail saying my email couldnt be delivered for some reason. That was the same email address that was used when we were emailing back and forth. Seriously?! Horrible customer service!

If I can give this place 0 stars I would!! Placed a costume order and it said that I would receive it within 10 business days and after they took my money they sent an email saying that the costume was on backorder. It should have said that before me placing the order. I have been sending them request to contact me and they will not contact me back. When you call them they never answer! Do NOT order from this place! Horrific experience!!

Bzany is the WORST company that Ive EVER ordered from!! I never received my order, and when I emailed them to find out what was going on with it..it took 3 separate emails from me before they would finally respond. They did not care at all about me being dissatisfied...and after 3 months of not receiving my order, I finally canceled it. They said that they would cancel my order and NEVER even once apologized for this terrible customer service that I received. Buyer beware...and stay the heck away from this company!!! Oh and...the ONLY reason I rated this company with 1 star is because it is required that you pick one. IF I could have posted this with a 0 star rating I most definitely would have!

PLEASE DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! I am one that never writes reviews even if I am mad but these people are so unprofessional and just horrible. I would put 0 stars if I could. I ordered from them, package came in so bad condition. Box looked like it went thru a hurricane before stopping by my home, it was open with little tape around it. So when I finally see the items, 4 out of the the 7 I ordered are ripped (of course just looking at the condition of the box, how will they not be ripped). I went ahead and called them, nothing. Then I sent the email SARA HENIG replied fast, but asked for an email with pictures so I went ahead and sent them and till the day I am still waiting for a response.

Ordered 3 costumes (as they were the best price I could find) from this website 5 weeks in advance of Halloween thinking they should arrive in plenty of time. 4 weeks went by and I started to worry, so emailed about the status of my order and found out the whole thing was backordered. Asked them to cancel my order and refund through PayPal (which they did next day... whew), but now Im scrambling for Halloween.

My story is the same as the other recent reviews. I ordered a costume and paid for 3-5 day shipping. It shouldve been here no later than 4 days ago. I never got tracking info or anything, so I started calling and emailing 5 days ago. After threatening a paypal complaint, I FINALLY got a response saying my costumes were on back order and they would ship as soon as they came in. I immediately emailed back and requested a refund since the costumes will be pointless then and their website said absolutely nothing about being on back order when I placed my order. I have received no response. I sent another email, still no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I should have done my research prior to purchasing from this scam of a business and I use the term business very loosely because there anything but a professional, legit business. I purchased some balloons from this company to recieve nearly half of them defected. When I brought it to there attention the day of receiving my order they requested for photos which I submitted to only have them quickly take no responsibility but instead blame me somehow for the broken balloons. I was quite offended so when I responded to there absurd accusations of course I recieved no reply, no apology, no nothing. There customer service is horrific. TIP: Save your self the hassel and pay the extra few dollars. This company will never get another penny from me.

I purchased a windchime that they were selling cheaper than any other website. It was a gift, and the next day I clicked on order status, and it didnt tell me anything except in progress, so I emailed them, and they said it was out of stock, and did not know when it would ship. So I found the item somewhere else and bought it there. I called bzany to see how fast my money could be refunded (they use PayPal which is nice) and no one answered the phone (it was after they supposedly opened). I emailed them and my refund was posted within 2 hours. Meanwhile, I got another email saying the refund would be posted within 10 days. I was glad it was done so quickly. I would have been very happy with bzany if they had said on their item page that it was out of stock and not wasted my time.

Terrible service. They never contacted me to notify me that the products I ordered were out of stock. When i checked, their website was still showing that the supplies were available. I will never order from them again. Update: I email them everyday asking them to cancel my order and they still dont respond.
