First time that I do window shopping!I walked in to ask about the item on the window.I explained the item was for my daughter in law who I was calling but not answering.The lady at the counter was so patient. Walking into Geechie Rootz is an experience in itself. The smells, the colors, the textures, the culture of it all...it just pulls you in. Ive only been shopping here for a few months, but when I tell you this business is on point, its on point. The entire team is knowledgeable and helpful, the store is beautiful, clean, and inviting and the prices are fair and affordable for any budget. Whenever I need something special, the 1st thing I tell myself is, let me go to Geechie Rootz real quick and see what they have. Geechie Rootz is Savannahs premier African Culture shop. Hands down.

Went here and purchased a beautiful tote for a trip. The customer service was exceptional. They also sell more than clothes and purses. I will be back to check out their incense section.

Loved stopping in. I felt weird being the only white person in the store, but everyone made me feel welcomed. As I love African art and products and culture I really loved looking through everything! And wish I had time when I was there looking through to get something but ill be back for some jewelry for my wedding!

My family and I visited Tybee and on the way back last week we stopped at the outlet and was so excited when I walked in this shop! The shop is so nice, filled with too many things that I wanted to purchase. The young lady that stated that she was working for her Mother was so beautiful and kind! My parents are from Estill,SC so I can definitely relate to the “Geechie” roots!❤️

Clean and neatly organized! And the customer service makes it a pleasure to shop there. They are so helpful and can even order special items (including fabric!). Makes it entirely too easy to purchase more than you wanted to. 😂 The selection is wonderful for sizes 0 to plus sized, and the prices are reasonable. If youre looking for a way to really make a statement youre going to love Geechie Rootz.
