I called living goods on Monday and placed my order with Chris, Friday they had all three of my appliances in.Came out on Saturday and pick up at the warehouse and Chris was there to make sure everything went smoothly. Couldn’t ask for better service and quick getting our appliances. Long story short we first order with Lowe’s then canceled because they were going to be several months for the same appliances. Excellent experience! Livingoods - Pooler is a new modern airy store. Christopher was well versed in what we wanted in a refrigeratorand used our photos to make sure our choice would work in the space. Delivery men were prompt, courteous and fast. When we were already sold and booking our order, the salesman took a moment to cross check his pricing against the other major retailers and gave us another $50 off. Very nice! Toni our sales rep was very knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful and responsive to our questions and requests. We always ask for her when we need to service or purchase appliances. She is a pleasure to work with. Ryan and Brandon were the delivery team. They arrived as scheduled, on time, and kept us abreast with their travel time (a nice feature). They were careful not to cause any damage to the appliances or our home, wore protective gear to mitigate Covid-19 concerns and were very professional. Had a great experience at Living Goods. Seth really helped us find a refrigerator for our new home. It happened to be the one we were looking for. He was also able to set up delivery within a week which was the best we could find in any of the other Appliance stores. Delivery fee was very reasonable and the Samsung warranty is phenomenal. Both men were very friendly and courteous. They did a wonderful job moving and installing both appliances. They cleaned up the shipping materials and took with them. Everything was working properly with both appliances. They gave me instructions on priming the water and ice dispenser on the new refrigerator. I’ll share my experience after spending almost $30,000 on kitchen appliances and let you decide. Moved into new construction home with Livingoods purchased and installed appliances, Wolf, SubZero, Uline and Bosch. I’ve done my research and previously done a kitchen remodel to upgrade to commercial appliances. Figured the couple thousand dollars difference to go to Wolf and Sub Zero over other competitors was worth it—BOY WAS I WRONG. Just FYI, if a Wolf SubZero appliance that you purchase and pay for brand new doesn’t work (lemon out of the box) they must repair it before there’s even a consideration or attempt to replace. Arrived in our new home to find one of our five Livingoods purchased appliances was fully installed and worked correctly. In Livingoods defense, plumbing for dishwasher may not have been completely ready by builder when delivered. So I will give the dishwasher a pass. Sub Zero 48” fridge, cold inside, but no working water or ice, just pump running noise. Uline ice maker never worked,-credit to great service tech, he said a replacement needed to be ordered. Wolf 36” range was only appliance that worked from start. Service tech came out, was advised he was senior guy and he was good. Went to town and got fridge working, advised it was improperly wired-$12,000 new fridge (strike 1 SubZero Wolf)? Dishwasher he checked out and had going, also provided some great operating tips. Uline ice maker, he said it was likely damaged or laid down during shipping causing it to make a loud sound when starting and possibly damaging motor or major component. He said a new one would be ordered. Wolf Speed oven microwave portion didn’t work (strike 2), but advised oven could be used. We’ve previously owned a convention microwave/speed oven so understand its a microwave and small convection oven. Oven portion of speed oven, which we were told we could use, does not work properly heating up and hold temp (strike 3). Initially advised we could use speed oven, but part would be ordered to repair microwave. Initially this didn’t make me happy for a new product, but oh well. When speed/convection went out-not okay-it’s a lemon. Hoping this doesn’t short circuit and burn my house down at this point considering Wolf SubZero obviously have electrical/wiring problems. After having to have brand new Sub Zero fridge need repairs to work as it should have (out of the box) and now a lemon of a $2300 Wolf microwave/speed oven I requested the speed oven be replaced. I spent money to buy what I thought were good/working appliances show up and NOT WORK. Maybe I’m crazy assuming this is not acceptable, I can tell you it wasn’t at all my experience when spending $25000 for commercial appliances from Pacific at Best Buy. Yes, Best Buy does have commercial appliances-not Wolf or Sub Zero (but that won’t be a problem for me in the future) they were professionally installed and tested before they left-never had an issue. I have to say the service tech at Livingoods is top notch and good. Really didn’t want to meet service tech to repair 3 of 5 appliances I’ve never used. Our sales associate I believe has tried. But the last thing you want to hear when buying what you believe are allegedly some of the best products in that category is if they arrive broken and not working is that they have to make repairs on existing (broken) unit before even considering replacing it. I understand if these were in place and used before they broke but 2 out of 3 Wolf/Sub Zero appliances didn’t work properly or at all from day one -that is a problem. Apparently requesting a replacement is not acceptable as a customer. Service associate that called to basically tell me that a replacement was unreasonable was condescending and had a serious attitude problem-really seemed to be par for the course with this purchase. You would think maybe after install everything would be tested to insure it’s actually working.

Messaged the store through the website and found they had a cooktop I wanted in stock. Seth was very helpful. Showed me what I was getting when I went to the store. I was able to purchase and pick-up the cooktop the same day.

He helped me select exactly what I wanted in MY budget. This is the second complete set of appliances I have purchased from LivingGoods. The first was 17 years ago. Huge shout out to Chris Horne at the Pooler location. We’ve had to replace every appliance in our home and each time Chris has been meticulous in checking specs to make sure that everything would fit and was exactly what we wanted. However replacing a glass cooktop proved to be extremely difficult due to an oddly shaped cutout space and the existing 30 amp power. Chris worked tirelessly to find the one cooktop that would fit and work with the power we had available. Thank you Chris!
