Honestly 5 stars is not enough for these guys and ladies! What a pleasant experience, professional and the nicest folks you will deal with. Don’t want to need their services but good to know there is such a great resource in the area.

They conducted their selves very professionally and seemed to care about the quality of their work! My only complaint was they had to replace one of my fog lights and therefore there was a major difference between my two lights. Rather than asking if I would like to change out both lights while the work was being done they waited until I got there to check out the finished product and I then noticed the difference. Upon asking they changed out the other light without any problems, but of course I had to wait additional time. I hope that they ask ahead of time in the future. I would recommend this shop to others!

Great customer service. I’ve never been to a nicer body shop. They quickly fixed my fender bender and now my Honda hrv looks brand new.This is now my go to body shop.

Everyone talked so high of this place and I’m not sure why. Took my truck in For repair got hit and had a dent in the fender and one in the door. They said both we’re not repairable and would have to get new ones. Okay, fine with me. Within a three week time frame I was told truck would be done three different times and every time I called to see if it was able to pick up was giving some reason why it wasn’t done. Finally get a call to come pick it up and get their just to find primer over spray, door molding already coming unstuck, power window switch panel not installed properly just sitting on the door panel and a bad tape line where they taped off the truck to blend the paint. Needless to say I Will use a different body shop next time.

I have used Auto Perfection 3 times in the past 2 years and have nothing but positive things to say. Nancy is amazing and very on top of everything. She took care of talking to my insurance and Enterprise with-in a very timely manner. Overall very pleased and my car looks great!

They went above and beyond with my car when I had to get my entire bumper replaced. The customer service and communication was phenomenal. Plus, they were super careful about quoting me and made sure the check in if additional costs were to arise (but that didn’t happen). They explained the different options in a way I could easily understand and left my car looking like new!

They do a lot of quality work for people and businesses in the area. I will immediately call this place for any auto body work in the future. They helped me negotiate with Progressive - and on a totally separate note - communicated to a dealer the details of damage from a previous accident I was unaware of, all while constantly keeping me updated and pushing it through in the most timely fashion possible. All-in-all they helped me save close to 3k, I am positive. Not to mention Enterprise is a few stop lights up and has no problems running up there to pick you up. My 2014 Cadillac SRX received more than minor damages as a result of hitting a flying object at seventy miles per hour on a dark night while returning to Savannah from Atlanta. Needing repairs of over $6,000, I did my research and chose Auto Perfection because a retiring body shop owner recommended Danny and Monica Paezs shop repair services as one of the best in Savannah.I did not ask for an estimate, but rather took my car in and said you are the people I want to repair my Cadillac. From day one, Danny followed my claim with my insurance company, with whom he had worked before, and either he or Nancy (his assistant) kept me informed on every aspect of the repair. They helped get my rental car, and I knew I was at the right place for excellent repairs. The owner, Israel Paez, greeted me with a smile and handshake as if he had been my friend for a long time and was very welcoming to his establishment, of which he has the right to be proud. Although remodeling was taking place, the office and greeting area were as clean as one could hope for as was the shop area.They dont keep you guessing, but instead keep you up to date with repairs as they go along.Dannys responses to my concerns were quick and he was not in a rush when speaking with me. He was willing to take all the time to talk about my concerns and questions. These people are professionals in the true sense of the word, and they make you feel at ease and comfortable with your situation. You know you chose the right body shop when you pick up your car and it looks better than it did before the accident. We were on vacation, going from Savannah to Orlando, when our sunroof exploded. Danny and Israel came out personally and carefully stretched collision tape over the sunroof so that we could make it down to Orlando and not miss checking in to our relatively expensive hotel. They were delightful and did it all without charging us a dime. Very professional and kind. I love these guys!

I have a 2013 Toyota 4Runner. I had extensive damage to the passenger side front and back door and rear corner panel. They did an amazing job. The paint match was perfect. I was very worried that you would be able to tell the difference where it was fixed since it is a 5 year old truck. It looks so good! It did take a couple of extra days than originally quoted but that is to be expected when they are fixing damage from an accident. They kept me informed on everything that was going on. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the service that I received.

I was notified to pick up my vehicle at a specific date and time. My insurance company was even notified when the repairs would be finished. As a result, my insurance put a stop on payment after today. I took my rental back and called to inform them that I was on my way. They then told me that my car wasnt ready, so keep the rental. Mind you, I called the day before to verify pick up time and day. I have a real busy schedule, so Im leaving work just to return a rental and to pick up my car. Im furious that no one took the time to inform me of this matter. Ive never been in an unprofessional situation like this before. Why do you have automated text messages saying your car is ready when its not? I wasted my valuable time, because no one thought it was important to update me on changes.

They were great when our Jeep Grand Cherokee was severely damaged in an accident. They keep the car longer than expected because they couldnt get it perfect and wouldnt release it until they did. Well they did get it perfect and we cannot tell it was ever in an accident. A drunk hit my truck last night and we have sent it to Auto Perfection. Hopefully, well have another good experience.

These guys are the best in town.

Although my car looked perfect as their name entails, their customer service was almost the complete opposite. They estimated a completion time of 5 days promising to communicate progress, delays and any changes throughout the process. Well, when I called them 7 days later, I was told they were still waiting on parts. Two days later I called for an update and was told a technician would call me back after the morning meeting at 11a.m. That NEVER happened. I called back a third time the next day and was told by the manager if there were no more delays, my car would be ready by end of business that Thursday (15 days later). The car was done on Thursday and to perfection i might add but the service i was given and communication that i wasnt averaged their rating down to 2 stars as i felt once they had my car and insurance information, my feelings and time no longer mattered. I will not return and would not recommend.

Theyre the best body shop I have ever used. This is the only place I will take any vehicle I have. My cobalt SS TC sedan was backed into, gashed down the whole drivers side. It came out of the shop, looking like it had just rolled off of the showroom floor. They even replaced the bent wheel. Danny and his boys, are FANTASTIC.

I took my car to Auto Perfection to repair some damage from a fender bender. They did a good job on the repair, but I was shocked at how careless they were with their courtesy wash. When I went to pick up my car, it was covered in swirl marks as if it had been dried with a bath towel. My car is dark blue so these light scratches show up very plainly in bright sunlight. I take care when washing my car to avoid creating these scratches, and I expected a shop that advertises professional detailing services to take the proper precautions.I mentioned my concerns to the manager handling my car, and he told me that it was supposed to look that way, and became very defensive when I pressed the issue. He seemed angry that I was complaining about a free carwash. It may have been free, but I will end up paying quite a bit to fix the damage they caused.If you want your car to be professionally detailed, stay far away from Auto Perfection.
