I went into this location earlier this week looking for some things to dye my hair and I had the nicest help! Alayna helped me buy dye for my hair as well as some hair products. The new manager here is also super friendly! I will definitely be shopping here again.

The girl that was running the store when I went in was an absolute doll! She knew a lot about everything! You could ask her anything and she knew exactly what to show you. I was impressed with her knowledge. And the store was very nice and very organized.

The manager is very cool. She was awesome in recommending me a styling brush for my hair as well as a new shampoo and conditioner.

No customer service anytime you go in there. The young girl does not acknowledge you at all. I visited 3 times to make sure it wasnt just me,but no maam just plain rude. Zach was the first person to give customer service and it was appreciated. He was very helpful and kind. So, if you are in Pooler Sally Beauty Supply, see Zach!

Beautiful store nicely organized the only downside is that right now they dont have any Electronics straightening combs.

Its 1:30pm on April 15th. I went to this sallys location. Its locked up with a sign that says, Bathroom break be back in 5 minutes. Its been 20 minutes. Is this a serious place of business? Because it doesnt appear to be.Edit: I figured I would give this sallys one last shot. Nope! The most rude, obnoxious, stuck up employee just sealed the deal. This location is a no-go zone.

Lacks customer service. Did a sweep through the store and lacks good inventory.. waste of space, don’t see this store staying long…
