One of my favorite stores. At Home is almost like a Target, you go in for one or two things and you come out with a cart full of stuff you don’t need🤣 I could spend hours at At Home..We basically furnished our entire house with their decor. I love that they’re always coming out with new merchandise, especially during the holidays… they sell out of holiday things quickly so make sure to get what you need early.Staff is helpful, prices are great, merch is good quality, highly recommended.

Awful Awful Awful Customer Service. They have this policy posted in their store saying HASSLE- FREE RECEIPT LESS RETURNS however they did not allow me to return my items without a receipt. The manager Becky told me to ignore the sign and this policy because she wasnt honoring their policy and that she wasnt going to give me a store credit.

Love, love, love this store!!!! It has everything you are looking for and more!!! Prices are reasonable and you can find even the things you weren’t even looking for. It just falls in your lap. Lol I highly recommend.

Never any help. Terrible training for the staff I could find. They couldnt process my gift card so I had to spend money I didnt have. Manager was worthless. Had no idea what she was doing. Tried getting a hold of someone to get a refund and couldnt understand a word she said. I hate this company. Just want my refund. 😔😔😔

Beautifully kept store. Was a little hard to find employees on the floor to help. Had to go to the register to have someone paged overhead.Employees were friendly. The store itself is a little pricey but they have beautiful home decor.Pro Tip: Sign up for their free rewards club online. They will send you a coupon for 10% off.

I always love going to this store. Its always clean and organized. Its like being in a warehouse with home goods!! I especially love all their holiday items!

I like to shop slowly, looking at things I dont need but enjoy looking at. This store is so big that I was tired before I got to the end. To top it off I had to use the bathroom when I was at the opposite end of the store. They need a bathroom on both sides! I was looking mostly for clearance items. I found a few things and am very happy with my purchases. I like this store!

Great spot for home decor and kitchen essentials. They are like a TJmax of home goods price wise. The store is huge so plane on being there for awhile. Also they have great deals on seasonal things usually to the front of the store.

Updated. 7/20/2021.I called the manager about my experience and agreed that this was not in line with the company policies. I haven’t seen this employee since I called the manager.Original review.I returned the rug that I had bought cause it did not fit our dining room. First, When I arrived, I don’t know where to go to return it, I’m just standing there for seconds to figure it out and then the cashier tells me that I have to be in line to return it. I do what she told me until it gets to my turn. She didn’t ask me anything(it could be nice if she says HI, but no), she just scans the rug, ask for the card, and tell me “can you pull this card over there for me, thank you “. The card with the rug I returned. I’m fine with it. Second, I go pick another rug, go check out, still the same cashier. I waited in line, a group of 3 people before I checked out. When they’re finished, she (the cashier) call the guy in the group 3 people, pointing at the rug that I returned, and say something like “she(mean me) just return it and it rolls the opposite way, now I have to roll it the right way..” and they laugh. When I was just behind them not even 6 ft. When the guy comes out to put his card away and comes back and saying “ hope you can get it the right way.” And they laugh again. Yes, it was my fault that I don’t roll it the right way because it was raining all day today, that’s why I roll it contrariwise so that it not get any wet if it could rain. She shouldn’t do that to the customer. She should know better cause she not a teenager to act like that. She makes fun of the customer, she is rude to me. I’m Asian, she African American. Maybe that’s why she not nice to me. I was crying in the car when I drive home just because of what she has done. (6/6/2021 at 7 pm)

The online shopping is kinda simple but I managed to get it done but when I got to the store to pick it up I had to wait about 25 minutes to get my order. There was only one cashier and she had to call for help.

A very calm and quiet place. I mustve went during a slow time for them but i dont think I ever seen a busy time for them.

Its a super big place to a lot of anything you can think of. Will revisit. Prices seemed very very reasonable.

So many items and variety. Its better to order dining chairs online for pick up. I couldnt find a set of 4 chairs that matched. The cashier said to check online daily as the trucks are unloaded.

Yes I discovered my new place to shop for household decor. Yes I know they have been opened for sometime now.I figured they were no different from Home Goods, boy was I wrong, way more inventory, prices were good also. Sales associate who checked me out that day was super helpful got me signed up for customer perks.

Former employee here. I lasted less than two months before resigning. I attempted to give a proper notice, but my efforts to talk to the store director were ignored. I eventually gave up trying and walked out (I will add that I was the fourth employee in three days to do this).Management seems completely oblivious to the needs of the store. It is their standard practice to only schedule a single cashier. additional cashiers were pulled from the (spartan) floor team as needed, but with the exception of when the freight team was in the store, doing this meant dropping floor coverage considerably. The upper management always seemed more focused on setting the next display or getting the product on the shelves even though they had a full team for working freight. often times working only morning shifts with the freight team, and leaving when the afternoon business started picking up. In the time I was there, I could count on one hand the times the salaried supervisors stayed longer than 30-40 minutes after their scheduled leave. Often times walking to their car past an overpopulated checkout line and understaffed, frustrated employees.Im giving this location two stars because the potential is there. as a shopper i enjoyed the variety, and as an employee I could see the positive affect just a few changes could have made to the store as a whole.

They usually are the place to go for Christmas items. They DONT have it set up yet though. At Home has so much to see and to pick from. They also do military discounts, which I applaud them for that.More retail places should do the same.Many vets are having it hard after they have served their country. They need that small discount to show them you care.I feel a trip to AT HOME is well worth you time. wether you are just moving into your 1st place to live, buying a new house, or redoing yours, I bet you will find something that you can use, at At Home..

Doesn’t have any janitors, the employees have to clean all of the restrooms at night, it’s pretty disgusting and not worth it for only $10 an hour. Would not recommend working there!

The worst experience. Spent over $1500 only for 1 umbrella to ha e 2 of the arms broken. I had the previous receipt with me after driving 45 minutes one way. Asked if I could have the other receipt texted for proof and they said no. I will never recommend this place and the customer service was the worst from Taylor

Very disappointing. They have always had a good variety of rugs. But their stock is terrible. Our of order. One rug on display had a number on it when I found it, it was not the same rug.
