We had to make an appointment for corbel repair in our kitchen, which was covered under our home warranty. Zachary Cranmer was the technician that came. He was super friendly, and he made the fix in about 15 minutes total. Super efficient and super helpful!

Great kitchen cabinets & excellent customer service. Fast response time to installation. Builder used a smaller size cabinet over our refrigerator that was noticed at our buyer walk-through. The correct cabinet was ordered with great customer service from KB Kitchen & Bath from start to finish. Great company with attention to detail & a friendly knowledgeable staff along with installation know-how.

For the most part TCI at the start was a well managed Company with employees that took pride in the work that was done,but as it turned out new management came in from Nashville to help the previous manager and drove it into the ground for fast profit along with the enthusiasm of employees to do good installing work. With a good producton manager that has pride & training experience in the fields of work they do, they could be a top quality company again. A great company is only as good as the employees that work for it !!!

Tim came to our house to do warranty work on our cabinets and was able to turn a very unpleasant situation into a great experience. He was professional and was able to take care of my concerns and issues.

This is a crappy company do business with. Pick anyone else. We bought a house back in October of last year and they were the company that did the kitchen install. We had one broken door that need to be replaced along with some touch-up work and a new skim. Now we are going 7 months and still waiting after multiple calls and emails. Multiple apt. scheduling and no shows. Very very unhappy customer!!
