Strap in, this may take a minute.So i took my basically brand new car to their shop and spoke with the crew before making an appointment just to see what it was like and check out their merchandise. They were VERY nice and helpful, however their on hand equipment was a little expensive for what I wanted (really good stuff though) so I purchased my own sub/amp/box/wire kit and scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks out sometime in November of 2016.Appointment day: I drop the car off around 11am. They say its gonna take about 3-4 hours, no problem. I show up 5 hours later to pick the car up and it hasnt moved. They explain they are having trouble with another car and it will be done tomorrow afternoon, no problem.Day 2: I call this time around 9am because its a 20 minute drive from my house and they say it will be done at 1pm, no problem, I will be there at 1pm to pick it up. I arrive at 1pm sharp and not only are they still working on it but they JUST blew my driver side airbags before I pulled up. As we are sympathetic to the installer who just took an airbag to the head, we patiently hear him out and agree to come back in 4 hours to pick it up. We show back up 4 hours later, theyre still doing last minute stuff to it so we hang out. The installer explains that he cut out the airbags and put the headliner back as best he could however he will make it right and fix it properly. He does not charge us for the install but we tipped him well regardless. At this point I have a wrinkled headliner, no driver side airbags, a permanent airbag light on in my car and a nicely installed amp/subwoofer.Fast forward to today (April 2017): Nothing about my car has changed at ALL. They completely forgot about me, I had to reach out SEVERAL times to light a fire under someone to make right what they had destroyed. Nothing but empty words and promises....I have never written a bad review in my life and 6 months of waiting is more patience than they deserve honestly but I did my best to give them the benefit of the doubt and pay up to fix their mistake. Now Im stuck with a jacked up brand new car.

Looking for tinting on new vehicle. Went to sound advice, had to schedule three weeks out due to availability. No problem, just put me down first open day and mid morning. This way I can plan and wont pressure your schedule. Three weeks later the day before, I get cancelled? They had added someone in disregard to my appointment? No call back, no further contact. I really wanted to see their quality, I explained I had a 59 needing some custom audio, this was a test . They failed! Not putting the 59 in their hands!

Called & made appointment to have windows tinted. Was quoted a price & agreed to it. Arrived on time the tech doing my windows was no where in sight. Sloan started tinting my windows after waiting 30 min no issues with the work but when they finished price I was quoted wasnt the same. They did charge me the amount quoted asked for quote on stereo install almost had a heart attack when given quote. Not sure if Ill ever go back to sound advice prices have gotten way to high for me.

Got an awesome quote for the Dakota, about to have the system installed they beat everyone else with top quality equipement and knowledge. Very pleased with the service i got today.

They do a good job but need to better time manage!! Ive taken 5 vehicles to them and they never finish when they say they will. once again, I got to my appointment on time today. I was told it would take 2 hours but was there almost 5 hours

I just realized its been about 8 years since I got my windows tinted here and they still look excellent!

They put in system in car did excellent job and on time I would recommend them to anyone. I also had them install camera which works great.

Made an appointment to get my windows tinted, left my car (for 5 hours), came back to get my car, the job wasnt done.But they made up for it the next day..they picked my car up from my job, did the tint, threw in the windshield strip, and gave me a lil discount!
