The hot krispy kreme light was on and was given cold donuts when asked if I could get hot donuts I was told to wait 20 minutes I could see if they was busy but they had no customers

Went an hour before closing and they did not have almost anything, just glazed donuts and not even a frappe… Some of the customers were not happy about it including me. I can understand about the donuts but not even a frappe? Weird to me since a frappe is made at the moment you order it.

When the Freah and Hot sign is on big and bright, I expect FRESH hot originals but instead we got ... reheated ones! They were good because its Krispy Kreme(they always good) but dang!!!!!

For a Krispy Kreme, this was a total let down. Donuts look and taste old. The staff was disinterested, slow, and at one point walked away in the middle of our order to restock the fridge. No one asked them to, they just walked away. Ive been to this store before, and while I wasnt impressed, it wasnt bad. After this visit, we wont be back.

I am disabled. Had to park and walk a good distance to inside alley of shopping mall. Although there was handicap parking it was like walking 1/2 a football field. Service barely spoke a word. Girl who filled order never spoke. Donuts were good tho.

Stopped in when I noticed the hot light on and got a free melt in your mouth donut with my covid vaccine card.

Donuts were cold and warm, strange mix. Coffee tasted like straight up sugar.

I went there on my birthday and I was there for about 15 minutes total and that was including standing in line.

Very nasty, donut made my grandson throw up for several days. Food poisoning

Cute little restaurant inside of the Tanger Outlets.

A Staff member got upset with me because i ordered hot donuts and she mixed my hot donuts with the sprinkled donuts and I ask her to separate them so the icing wouldnt melt on the sprinkled donuts and she rudely threw all of them in separate bags. I will not be going there again.

This location is ok as for the freshness of the doughnuts. However, the customer service is always so below average, the staff act as if you are bothering them:( I just avoid this location and go to the cookie shop instead.

I didnt actually visit this place. One of the people in one of the cars we were with is crazy about those donuts.

It was my first time visiting the new shopping outlet in Pooler, Georgia. But boy was I in for a pleasant surprise. This place should be called a mall not an outlet. It has everything clothes shoppe, furniture, restaurants, bar, etc. That just names a few, you have to see for yourself.

They didnt have any Apple cider doughnuts today and the person who was on the register was very rude

CS was not the best. Donuts warmed for the feel of fresh KK hot donut. Not sold on that idea. The attendants where more worried about their friends stopping by than taking care of customers.

Cant help myself. Krispy Kreme is always best when the light is on. Fresh! Love Krispy Kreme and this store is no exception

I love this place. The employees are very nice!

First time at this location. Representatives were a little not into their job but they spoke when spoken to. They were not mean or rude. They were just not happy. Of the six donuts we purchased only two were hot. It is not a large store and really not worth the money. When you purchase something like this you expect hot, ready (especially when the light is on) and yummy. That is not what we received. Our kids were a tad bit disappointed. I do not blame them. I will not go back.

Wonderful staff, AMAZING CASHIER! She was happy, helpful and filled with patience! My son didn’t know what donut he wanted or drink but she didn’t rush him, she allowed him to think and didn’t Even try to rush him, THANK You for being fully stocked and for having a huge variety of drinks! This location is perfect!!

Doughnuts are always yummy. This location actually had the specialty doughnuts that looked like the pics. Most of the other look terrible despite how good they taste. They also had several kinds to choose from.

I was expecting really great Donuts but all I got was good Donuts maybe I came at the wrong time but the donuts were not hot fresh and delicious which is what Im used to from Krispy Kreme Ill try again sometime maybe itll be better

NEVER go to this location if you want FRESH doughnuts. The doughnuts are old and re-warmed in a rotating rack oven. If you want crispy old doughnuts with no glaze, this is your place!!!

The service was fine. The product however was 18 dollars for 11 donuts that are half the size of donuts from other places. It was Sunday and the product definitely wasnt as fresh as it could be

Waited until we ordered to tell us they were out each donut we decided to order, instead of telling us which donuts were ready. Aidian, this cashier l didn’t seem happy to be at work. There were not even any glazed ready and were Luke warm when handed to us.Once the orders were made they were fast at getting them to the customers.

I went to Krispy Kreme growing up and now that I recently moved back to the south I was excited to stop in and have an OG original glazed donut. The sign on the establishment says Served Hot and unfortunately the donut was cold as if it had been in the refrigerator. I am assuming this place does not make their own donuts and that they have the donuts are shipped in from some other Krispy Kreme store.

Sign is misleading. The dounuts were not served hot. Young lady behind the counter didnt acknowledge my wife and acted as if she didnt want to be there.

The donuts from this store are usually of convenience store age and quality. When they run any kind of sale, this location runs out of donuts. Dont waste your time. If youre at the outlet, there are plenty of better places to get a sweet tooth fix.

The best donuts around (imo). Ive have actually crossed all 3 lanes of traffic to get there when the hot sign is on. Theyre super fast and the donuts have always been delicious. If youve never had one youre missing out!

Very slow process. One person at the registry and this lady had problems with her credit card or gift card. Long line at the tine.

Did not like this Krispy Kreme location smelled like dirty mop or something and they were out half there donuts my biggest issue were that they were out all their plain glaze and I asked for lemon filled she gave me strawberry filled and she was to welcoming when she served us so Im very upset because I love Krispy Kreme and the stores are hard to find theyre only in 711 or gas stations etc

Oh my gosh, who knew that they were Krispy Kreme donuts at the outlets? Not I! They were fabulous. It was a great treat to stop in and grab a donut during our shopping visit.
