The pharmacy really needs an overhaul. My husband and I walked in Saturday to get a flu shot, two people were filling out paperwork (looked like for a Covid vaccine), we were told it would be a 30 min wait because we did not go online to schedule it. We left and went to CVS on Pooler Pkwy, they were very friendly and we had our shots within 5 minutes. We will not go back to this pharmacy.

I have gone to this pharmacy for years (I started when it was Rite Aid.) They have always been courteous and kind. There were some issues when Carter’s pharmacy closed and, unknown to the staff at the pharmacy, all of Carter’s customers were told to transfer to Walgreens. They have things figured out now and there usually isn’t an unusual wait. The employees are always professional.

This pharmacy is in need of an overhaul. I came here a couple weeks ago only to have them shut down the window for lunch literally as I was walking up. So that means a 30 minute wait. Came back an hour later for my antibiotic and decongestant as I’m in severe pain from strep. Long story short I didn’t get my meds until the next day due to them not getting it done within 6 hours of being sent by Dr.Came this week to try to get refill for myMother and they’ve told me everyday that her script would come in tomorrow for the past 3 tomorrow’s. Changing pharmacy’s.

Ciera that was supposed to be doing the Covid 19 vaccines was very unhelpful. She made it extremely clear that she did not want to be bothered and was unconcerned with the patients’ welfare. So sad because the lady that did our first vaccine there was quite the opposite. What a disappointment. Will be changing pharmacies. If she’s like that over a vaccine when the patient is well, I’d hate to think how she treats patients that are in there picking up medicine when they’re not well.

Horrible experience, two people in front of me in line as I wait to be serve at the pharmacy. It took a long time to be served. I called and asked if I have to make an appointment for the COVID vaccine, I was told that walk ins are welcome. Sadly, I inconvenienced them by coming in at 7:15 to get the COVID vaccine. I was told that I came to late. I was not welcomed, I was given an excuse. It would be best to come throughout the day.

Horrible customer service. Dr called in name brand prescription because that is only med that works. They filled an off brand and wouldn’t fill the name brand even though it was on script nor would they refund for med they did fill.

Absolutely the worst customer service at this pharmacy. Walked in at 1:30 and the pharmacy was shuddered and the lady behind the barrier explained her “register” would be closed and that it would be thirty minutes before she could process my prescription. Then the pharmacist yells through the barrier it would actually be an hour as she walks out the door and leaves. No other customers were present and they could have easily processed my prescription. Truly, the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to! Who walks away with a customer sitting there?

Im echoing a couple of others on this review. The pharmacy needs serious guidance/training in order to succeed with the public.This is my second poorly experience at this pharmacy so safe to say we will not be using this location any longer. Extremely rude pharmacy associate via phone with foreign accent (sorry if not the most appropriate way to describe). I have completed the survey but I just want others looking for compassion and care to AVOID this location.

If i could give zero stars i would DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY they wont let you fill your same prescription when it is due and its medicine I need and said it was early when the timing doesnt add up DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

This is a terrible pharmacy...slow, slow, slow. A clean sweep is needed.Needs new policies and procedures...very poorly run...we are switching as soon as the new pharmacy near my house opens...terrible

Im not quite sure what the hold up was but my wife called and had a prescription transfered to the Walgreens here in Pooler. It took forever to get. It was told to my wife that it would be an hour to get the prescription filled. We went into the Hobby Lobby and walked around and shopped. We drove clear across Pooler to get the prescription. We arrived and my wife goes in and we are all waiting and waiting and waiting in the parking lot for her. She called me to say it wasnt ready. Weve waited it seams awhile before we was able to get the or pescription. The Walgreens in Rincon is awesome. Im not coming back to this one.

I went to fill a prescription for Doxycycline for my dog, I was informed by the pink haired pharmacist, with an attitude, that I would be lucky to fill it at any pharmacy because she had never heard of such a dosage. The first pharmacy I called said, we have it, no problem. Rude, not helpful, and not knowledgeable, will never step foot in the store again, and would a advise any one else to steer clear as well.

I have used Walgreens all my life and I always found it to be super convenient and fast. Moving to Pooler, I thought that I would have the same experience...but I was wrong. This is probably the worst pharmacy in America. The slowest line at the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions. I will be transferring my stuff soon. Go elsewhere!!!! I would give this zero reviews if I could.
