DUSTIN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT. VERY RESPECTFUL AT ALL TIME AND MOST IMPORTANT HE WAS PROFESSIONAL! I DIDNT ENCOUNTER ANY OF THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS POSTED FOR THEM HERE IN GOOGLE!

I have done business w/them for quite some time now, and not once have they been rude, unprofessional, or shady. The staff are always welcoming and attentive. I can only post my personal experience, whereas others are entitled to their own opinion(s).

BIG MISTAKE!My husband started to look around but was asked to leave by a rude employee (maybe the manager). She told him they were closed, but there were still people doing business in the store. My husband asked if he could take a quick look before he left, but she told him NO that he had to leave. She has NO MANNERS. He was so embarrassed he left.We were regular costumers two years ago but had to move back home due to mothers illness. We returned to Pooler, and my husband returned to Gulfstream, but cash america forgot how to serve the costumers. We shopped at this business weekly, but NO MORE! Please take a look at the video dated February 15, 2019, at about closing time, so that you can see what kind of employees you have working for you. Terrible costumer service.

I have to keep it real I will be doing my best to get this place shut down my black friend come to this place all the time he got 5 kids and everytime he came to this place no matter what he got they always try to give him 5 or ten dollars and he was like I think its cuz Im black I told him man thats silly nobody in they right mind would let ppl work at a place and let them do ppl like that so I wanted to put it to a test so I took my laptop and my old iPhone so I told him go in 1st and see how much they will give you and everything was up to date I no that they go off what ebay say witch is dumb so he came back they only want to give him 20 for a iPhone 8 and 25 for a new imac laptop so the next day I went in with the same stuff and went to the fat guy who look like he eating and taking at the same time and he was going to give me 200 for everything and when I told him I set they up they ask me to get out before they call the cops I didnt think ppl in Pooler still didnt like black ppl but now I see this place only give you money if they like you if you look a Lil ruff they will shirt you cuz they no you need the money yes my friend got tattoos and black and look like he mite hurt you lol but he is friend and it hurt my hart nobody is putting a stop to this I will never give this place my money may God save everybody who work there cuz the way you do the ppl who help you keep your job is wrong I got everything on video and will be showing it to a few ppl so if you have a family and black do not come here

Awful Place pawned a brand new gun never been shot before I get it back and its rusted and scratched lady knocked it over on the ground right in front of me pick it up like it wasnt her fault takes 45 minutes just to do a background check because 10 people have to look over it and do whatever they have to do and write their little numbers claims the gun sitting there safe I highly doubt that because gun safes are supposed to be non corrosive and my gun is f***** rusted never ever will I do business here again

I use to like this place now they rude they don’t even try to work with you they try an get you the less they can your son could need a hart replacement you could give them your car and the deed to your house and they were still only try to give you $50 especially if you’re black do not give them your time or money
