The absolute go to shop for whatever you may want or need. The staff is always friendly and courteous, extremely knowledgeable on all sorts of cool firearms, bows, laws, etc. Kayton can get you anything you need/want and always guides his customers right on choosing a gun. You can feel safe getting your firearms transferred to them and they do all that they can to help out with advice for new buyers. The shop is new but Ive been comfortably dealing with the staff here for over 20 years without any issues ever. Thanks so much

Needed to find a holster and had no luck at any store for what I was looking for. I was actually referred to Pooler Guns from another gun store, which seemed like high praise. The owner was able to have a custom holster made in less than ten minutes while I waited. Very reasonably priced and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

On 22 December, 2020, Pooler Guns lost my paperwork for an approved NFA item. Because of this mistake, the item could not be transferred into my possession. Since then, it has been nothing but excuses and ineptitude. The owner assured me multiple times over the phone that a request for replacement paperwork had been accepted and replacement paperwork is on the way. However, in a conversation on 16 Feb, 2021, the owner informed me that his request for replacement paperwork had been rejected since he did not follow ATF procedure. I continue to wait for the owner to find the original copy. I do not recommend Pooler Guns for ANY of your firearm needs. All the competing shops in the Savannah area have better prices and selection.Find my paperwork. It isnt a difficult task.

Great people and great service! I was very pleased with the price they charged to clean and inspect a handgun that had been in storage for years. Would definitely recommend! Unfortunately however, given the current times they have seen a huge increase in demand which has their supply running thin. I hope they can get more inventory soon!

Just bought a AR15 from these guys.....very nice people running the place. Very knowledgeable on their craft for sure. It was a very pleasant experience.

I have been to this place a few times, ALWAYS treated with respect, and awesome customer service. Have done a few FFL transfers with them and never any issue, even when I had to send something back. Prices are reasonable, Service is untouchable. You might be able to find it cheaper somewhere else, but you will never get the same customer service Pooler Guns gives you.

Very rude forced to put deposit and took forever to get background check had to call over and over and when I could not get the gun he stated he would keep the deposit because he had to rebuy it this is not listed on receipt or did he inform me of this

They have the highest FFL transfer fee I have ever seen! A $40 FFL transfer fee is outrageous and IMO a very shady business practice. It 100% deterred me from purchasing anything else or ever returning. Its such a shame because the gentlemen behind the counter were very nice.

Its not large or fancy, but the people are knowledgeable and helpful and the prices reasonable. Theyll work with you if they can on the prices too. Apparently its difficult to keep the popular weapons in stock right now - sales for all the local stores are brisk.

Kayton is my GOTO guy for home defense. I buy from Pooler Guns simply because I trust them and they can get any product I need when I need it. Buy from someone who knows guns, rifles and ammo. Dont buy from an outlet store; youre just a number and they wont remember you. -- If youre not sure about what to purchase ask Kayton. Hell suggest the right firearm for you every time.
