The customer service I received from Alex was nothing short of impeccable! I am in the process of opening my second esthetics studio and I have been very indecisive with selecting a paint color. I went into the store three different times in two days and each time he was very gracious and never made me feel like I was bothering him. I usually get my paint from a local home improvement store, but I will be returning to this location from now on.

Great service, excellent selection and color choices. Product is expensive, but well worth the money. Check for sales and you can save a bundle.

Went to this location today about 4:20pm lady behind the corner doesnt bother to greet anyone. I spoke to her when she came back the back but couldnt be bothered to look up from her phone. I wont speak twice. Ill just get paint from lowes or home depot, at least there they acknowledge others.

Our experience at our local Pooler Sherwin-Williams Paint Store deserves all 5 STARS! From our first visit to last we were made to feel welcome, safe and completely advised as we decided on our paint choices and colors. We initially bought all of our paint at this same store in 2007 when we built our home in Rincon. Well, its time for some renovations and Sherwin-Williams is the first and only place we went. From the ceiling to the floor, we have a durable paint that will stand up to all kinds of challenges.

I went to this store today to ask questions about my upcoming new fence painting project. Id looked online but wanted to see paint colors and ask about the proper product. I know the paint at the Sherwin Williams store is a superior product. A sign on the door said masks were required. The store was pleasantly laid out, i got the information i needed and pamplets for my specific stain. They will be ready to help me when i come back to purchase. They have lots of paint supplies as well like brushes, drop cloths and sprayers, which Im interested in to do my job. The store is conveniently located on Pooler Parkway.

The staff here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ben not only got me exactly what I was looking for, he even made some suggestions that made the job go a heck of a lot easier! Will definitely make this my go to paint and paint supply store!

Walked in and the girl working there didnt acknowledge me in the slightest, even said hello to her and was completely ignored and given a dirty look. Needed help choosing a paint color to go with my new flooring but just walked out after that. Wont be coming here again. Piss poor customer service to say the least.

I am happy to say that every time we have walked into the polar location, our needs have been either met and more than likely exceeded! The people that work here are very knowledgeable, friendly and always ready and willing to help with your needs and wants. They also go the extra mile and apply discounts that you didnt even ask for because you forgot you had the coupon in your back pocket, lol... Needless to say, I am happy to bring my business here every time and you wont be disappointed either!

Me and my Father came to get 4 Buckets if Primer, and 2 gallons of semi-gloss paint. 2 workers that were on the morning shift were really helpful, friendly, and funny. While getting our paint and supplies we had a couple laughs with them, and we got in and out with exactly what we needed on short notice, WILL come back.

I started shopping at Sherwin Williams because the professionals shop there. You never see the pros at the big box stores. SW paint is very high quality and the prices are close to that of big box or better when you gave a coupon.

Well my trip certainly didnt turn out the way I wanted, but thanks for the lesson. And the lesson I learned is Home Depot is about 1 mile down the road.I stopped in here a week ago to to buy 13 gallons of paint for my contractor. I buy the paint and he paints with it. Simple right? Hold that thought. I walked in and told the lady behind the counter I needed 10 gals of flat white interior wall paint and 3 gals of semi-gloss white trim paint.Thats when the wheels fell off, and I was bombarded with senseless questions.Whats your account number? I dont have one.Have you ever bought paint here before? No, Im buying this for my contractor.Whats his account number? I dont know that he has one.Whats his name? I dont know his last name, were on a first name basis.What does he look like? HUH??? Gees!!!What kind of a car does he drive? Well I know it has 4 wheels on it.I said, seriously? Im just trying to buy some paint.Then the (I assume manager stepped in) Sir we are just trying to save you about $30.00 per gallon on your paint. WHAT??? How much is your paint? Never mind Ill do us all a favor and go somewhere else. As I was walking out the guy decided to say something smart and get a laugh at my expense. I didnt hear what he said but I commented back...Sir, Im just trying buy paint to get a rental house painted, IM NOT TRYING TO LAUNCH THE SPACE SHUTTLE!Obviously they dont sell to John Q Public unless you have a corporate account with them, a level 5 CIA clearance, know the exact location of the Holy Grail, and be willing to give a DNA sample for future proposes.What a hoot, Right? I wont be back in there. Naa, Ill just head on down to Home Depot, so I did. I was in and out with my paint in less the 15 mins.
