I left a huge company in the corporate world to come work at Preciball and it has been the best decision Ive ever made. In my old job, I was stressed chasing arbitrary goals, answering to dozens of people, and working myself into the ground. At Preciball, you dont have someone looming over you daily, the goal is clear, and the work-life balance is fantastic. My favorite aspect is that I can walk right into the GMs office whenever I have an idea or a need. He always listens and normally has an answer immediately. I really feel like I can impact something/make change when you are actually able to bring up new ideas to the people who matter. Within my first month, it was noticed that I was taking on extra tasks and they immediately made sure it was worth my while. I also love the small feel within the team. We work hard but laugh while we are doing it. Another positive is that you can learn a ton. Preciball isnt compartmentalized. Ive learned about Shipping, Quality, Purchasing, and beyond since Ive started.
