Ordered a tool,paid,extra $8 for shipping, was told it would be next day, next day at closing, no answer, no call, guess someone forgot?shouldnt I get my $8 for shipping refunded? Now they say Friday when I order Tuesday, what a bummer, will not be doin business here again
