Friendly staff, well lit, a bit claustrophobic inside. Hard to find sizes of what I wanted, but when asked the staff found it for me quickly.

Staff was awesome. A lady came in before me with a complaint about where the merchandise was made. The salespeople handled her complaint professionally and politely...even though she got outwardly upset and it was something completely out of their control. They impressed me with their positive attitude despite her negativity. I love this store and the deals I find, but it was the staff that made an impression on me this visit.

This location is great, very friendly staff and loved how quickly the team was able to help me find what I was looking for. To top it off, I mentioned I was doing a 17 mile walk for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to honor my cousin who committed suicide and help raise awareness on mental health and suicide...these ladies did not allow me to pay for the backpack! It was so kind and generous of them to gift me this bag for the walk, and they sincerely wanted to know more about the walk and cause, which is why Im doing this, to share and spread awareness. Thank team pooler, you are too kind, and Ill only be shopping at your location from now on! 😊❤️

We were treated like we were thieves even though we bought stuff.associate followed us trough glass door to see what we were up to. I had to go confront them and asked them if they wanted to check the bags but the lady who followed us had very bad attitude and didn’t say any thing. They have larger ASIAN community living in Savannah hope every one of them reads this and makes sure not speak in a different language other wise you will be treated very BADLY. Never going to shop there again ever. This was Black Friday.

I was with a coworker who wished to exchange a bag. She had the improper receipt in her bag (she had made two purchases in the store on the same day and the receipt for her bag was in the bag with her towels) and the store clerk (Lindsey) became very aggressively verbal when seeing my coworker was upset that she had the improper receipt. She even called security to ask them to escort her out of the store. From someone with experience in customer service, this was a terrible way for Lindsey to handle the situation. Clearly, you have a woman who spent a decent amount of money in your store coming to exchange an item on her lunch break and she was treated with hostility by the store associate. Awful experience and I wasnt even the customer!
