Having used Lincare previously for our Mother then myselfknow them well after she passed I have needed a walker from them. They now also provide me with my oxygen concentrator and portable unit. I still have my walker from them. If I need tubing for my oxygen the handle it promptly. Their help is always excellent.

My Mom has been using Lincare for many years!! Everyone there in Pooler is so niceand this is a wonderful company. The Manager is do sweet and will go the extra mile for you. The drivers are so nice and helpful. Whatever your oxygen needs are use this company. I want to thank everyone that works for Lincare and the Manager for all of the hard work they do for my Mom . They are wonderful with the elderly my Mom is 81. 😊

My only holdup in being released from the hospital was an oxygen concentrator and bipap machine. They stayed late to take care of me at a discount according to what I could afford. Employees and businesses like this are what gives me faith in humanity. Wonderful company staffed by loving people.

This company is very slow to provide even the basic needs for the clients recently discharged from the hospital. Please do not use this company for your family members. They promise to provide and then dont. It is very sad. As a nurse who has experience with DME companies, I was very dissapointed that my grandfather was not provided with his basic needs.

WHEN YOU CALL YOU ARE ON HOLD FOR OVER 8 MINUTES EVERYTIME WAITING TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE. THEY DONT HAVE ROLLING WALKERS IN STOCK BUT YET THEY ARE A DME COMPANY. POOR BUSINESS.

This company is violating laws by not having 24x7x365 respiratory therapists on staff. We had one and were supposed to get supplies. When I called they said the didnt have a therapist and knew nothing about it. It has been almost 2 months now and no O2 cpncentrator has been delivered and also no O2 tanks no battery backup for the vent and have had no checking on the vent. They have abandoned us just like Southeastern Medical Equipment did.
