I just had my battery replaced at Advanced Auto in Poquoson. It was done in no time. They are very helpful and courteous. One of the employees noticed that my oil was low and replaced it. A happy ending to an, otherwise, bad experience( dead battery)! Thanks Advanced Auto!

Great customer service. I needed a new battery and they were most helpful. They tested the old battery then gave me options for replacement. New battery was installed in a very professional manner and all this in a timely manner and reasonable price.

I honestly loved working for this company, I was with them for almost 4 years. However, due to poor management and biased opinions, I was let go. One week into Audrey being manager of the store, I was fired for “having depression” after she yelled at me for having a bad day. I woke up to a text saying to not come in. This is how I was treated after almost 4 years of employment with the company. Renee, the DM, didn’t bother answering my email or phone calls to discuss what had happened. This company really let me down. I have such a high based clientele there and was NEVER written up. Also, after me there was another female hired into the store. Let’s just say, she’s gone now. If you go into that store and Audrey is the manager, see if you see another female working there. You won’t. She even made it verbally known she doesn’t like working with females. And this, Poquoson, is why your sales are going down and people are moving to oriellys.
