HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!! I gave them one star because giving zero wasn’t an option! My husband and myself have called multiple times, left messages, emails and have not received any calls back! My husbands turbo was suppose to be done months ago! Every time he has been able to talk to Scott he was told it’s done and waiting to be powder coated and it won’t be long! Still nothing and that was 2 months ago! This has not been done in a timely manner nor professional at all!!!!!! I understand people are behind or having trouble finding help but we have been very patient and understanding for the first couple of months but now completely lying about timing and not returning phone calls is NOT ok! My husband has even emailed that we needed the turbo back ASAP even if it was not powder coated so he can at least race and still nothing! This is beyond ridiculous!

I called these guys to get my transmission looked at (Allison 1000) and to go through my truck (2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 LT) and look for anything they could find wrong. Transmission had some issues with slipping and getting locked up in 3rd gear and not shifting up or down forcing me to manually shift it until it returns to normal. I made the decision to just get it rebuilt, so my family and I would never have to worry about anything. Everything got fixed that were minor issues and the transmission is amazing. These guys are very busy people, very hard to get ahold of, but if you have the patience and arent worried about calling them several times, I highly recommend their work, no one can beat their quality for the price. I will be returning to them in the future for more things, and my friends will know about their work as well. Well worth the wait. Thank you SDP for doing an amazing job on my truck and transmission.

SDP is a great Diesel Performance shop. I blew my transmission and gave Scott (owner) a call and he set me up with a great built transmission. All the work was done on time and the shipping was on schedule. He’s very good with communication. He replied to every one of my emails and always returned my calls. If you ever need any work done to your diesel or even if you need to order performance parts, Scremin Diesel Performance is the way to go!

I purchased a Built SDP transmission over 2 years ago and it’s been flawless ever since, Now I am back to buy a compound turbo kit for my built motor that is going in soon and Scott(Owner) has been a Huge help with all of my questions. I highly recommend SDP if you own a Duramax and you prefer Quality parts and Great Customer Service.

Ordered a s400 kit from here. Just want to say the quality was top notch. I waited awhile for it to arrive but it was so worth the wait. Everything fit perfect, the y-bridge was so much nicer than my previous one from hsp, powder coat was great, customer service was awesome . ! Thanks guys !!!

Absolutely worst customer service Ive ever had!! No communication skills when it comes to keeping in contact with customers. Multiple times called with no answer during business hours or return phone call after left message. Parts not installed that I spoke with owner about multiple times. I do not suggest them for any mechanic work to be done on your truck.

My turbo went out. So I called Scott an he hooked it up with a new turbo. After talking with him for about an hour on the phone we came up with the 68mm picked a color an in two weeks I had it dropped off at my door. I just so happen to live close to the shop they have. Two weeks after install I did a Trans shift kit they had it back to me in about 4 hrs. Two weeks later my tcm went out an I dropped it of at there shop an in about a day later they it figured out because when I dropped it off we did not know what was wrong. I am extremely happy with how they do business.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Called to verify part would work with other parts I already had. Was reassured they would work together. After attempting to install, found out they do not fit together and was told there is no resolution. Now Im without my truck for a month and out $2300. Wouldnt reccommend to anyone.
