My husband just bought a car from this dealer. They have variety of brands and models so we can test and compare. Sales persons, Russ and Lynn were helpful to walk us through the final decision. Before we took off, Lynn gave a tutorial of new car functions. Car was washed, gas was full. We were so happy to drive it home.
I legit was scared to go to a dealership when my throttle body failed and rendered my vehicle inoperable. However... from day one, Brian had me convinced the car was in good hands, and it wasnt that fake business tone most people had. He legit cared. He not only reassured me at the location but stayed in contact through text messages. We told him our situation, and he seemed to actually care. He didnt only ask about the car but also asked about how dire it was that we were out of a vehicle. Either way, this guy cared, and he backed that up with his compassion and attentive service. Perhaps the failed throttle body was throwing my vehicle out of whack that bad, but its driving so well that Im wondering if more service was done than what they charged for. On paper, they handled a recall on an air bag and fixed the throttle body after the part was delivered. But all around, this vehicle seems like its new again. Kudos, guys. Dont lose Brian please. Good guy.

Do not buy from Wilder Auto Center. My daughter bought a vehicle there yesterday, and was taken advantage of. The finance manager was not showing her what finance options were coming through, giving her the option to pick the best rate. They did not do a walk around on the vehicle at the time of sale, sending her on the way with a cracked tail light. They also sent her on the way with less than a quarter tank of gas!!! Way to take car of your customers Wilder. DO NOT BUY FROM WILDER!!!!!

I bought a car right before moving to college from Wilder, because of the experience we’ve had with them previously. However, this unfortunately wasn’t the case this time. Yes, the cracked tail light being missed and the gas tank not being filled was an honest mistake. But my father still choose to express his feelings about the service I received. When I came back the next day to straighten out these details I was essentially blackmailed into having my father remove his review, or them taking the car back. Being put into that situation was extremely stressful since I was already going to ask my father to remove his words for how quick the situation was being handled. However, the reason why my experience was so negative is due to the fact that they wanted to take back the car for a simple expression of feelings. After this I decided to take back the car and even then the manager, Guy, was rude to my mother and still insisted that after all they did the review be taken down due to the “unfairness.” I know as well as anyone else knows that being a business owner you are going to get negative reviews. Negative or not reviews are based off of your service. For that reason I am extremely disappointed in the service I received after my father posted a negative review.

My experience of over 40 years is that generally speaking the dealership is not a good place to go for reasonably priced maintenance. These guys are the exception.

I have lived in Port Angeles since 1951 and needless to say, purchased several cars over the years; the last two from Wilder Auto. We returned to Wilder because of our great experience buying a Toyota Avalon in 2009. Last week we purchased a new 2019 Tiguan from Richard Tucker. I have been searching for the “perfect” car for some time now. I would pick cars I was interested in, and test drive them, but nothing was quite right. My Ram died in Sequim from a recall issue. I checked out reviews of Bremerton, Tacoma, Olympia and PA. Wilder had some mixed service reviews and I was a little apprehensive, but every dealer in the vicinity did as well, so went with Wilder because they were by far closest. Do not regret it. Got ran around by West Hills twice for the same issue without them fixing the problem, only to leave me stranded in Sequim a week later. They have yet to call me about the parts I requested in June which would have fixed the problem. Derek in service knew exactly what was wrong within a minute and said it would be a couple of weeks waiting on parts. Two days later I was back on the road. Have put 1k miles on it towing and it’s running great. Thanks to Derek and the tech who wrenched on my truck, you guys did great. If I was still in the area I would take the extra time to take my truck to you rather than West Hills. Thank you.
Tho I have a Pontiac Vibe, I get my parts and service from Wilder Toyota as under the hood its a Toyota Matrix. They at great at diagnosis.
