I dont typically do reviews, however, Im making an exception.My husband and I just settled here in PA, were both from Washington and hes worked here about a decade but decided to move closer to work. Plus, its beautiful here! We had a manufactured home put on our property, and due to covid and other circumstances it was quite delayed. We were supposed to be done first in February, then April. We just moved in.Anyway, when we thought we were moving in sooner we started looking at furniture. We found The Warehouse and loved the stuff there. We purchased a dining table first, then eventually the chairs and our entire bedroom set.Through all our home delays Joe was amazing, holding on to our stuff as it came in. We had to push back our dates twice and he was so accommodating. There was never any pressure. When we were finally ready there were a couple issues with the dining set, and he did everything to make it right, including giving us a loaner.I absolutely love the pieces we got and cannot say enough good about this store, as well as its fantastic owner and staff. When Ive been looking for just the right item, theyve helped me search their stock and explore what can be ordered using a large touch-screen in their showroom.The owners are extremely involved and generous in the community. As one example, a women and childrens Oxford house was in need of a sturdy bunkbed. Joe provided a wonderful full-over-full bunk bed at cost and had the bed delivered the same day. We are fortunate to have this family-owned business in our community, and Im happy to give them a 5-star review!

I moved here overseas with my disabled father-in-law (who is in a wheelchair) and not only was he half the price of surrounding furniture stores for beds AND recliners but he had them delivered with only a few days notice before we even got there so my father-in-law and my family would have beds to sleep on. We were able to set all of this up over the phone and he sent us photos and provided the best customer service Ive ever experienced. He also made sure to follow up and make sure everything was set up the way we needed it. You definitely will not go wrong with the Warehouse for both fantastic customer service as well as top quality furniture!

At The Warehouse you will find exceptional customer service and furniture!!!! I recently went in looking for sectional or living room set for a house that my husband and I were buying. We had not actually moved in yet, but had an idea of what we wanted. They showed us an amazing couch that was still partly boxed. We ended up buying it. Sadly, it would not work in the house as I had planned. They graciously let me return the item and I spent about 40 minutes trying to figure it what would work. They were so amazing with helping me find something to match my existing furniture. To top off the amazing service, we ended up getting in our new house a day early and they came within about 30 minutes of me calling them to see if it could be delivered later that day!!!!!!!!! If you have never been in this store you need to go! The space is awesome and the selection and variety of items won’t disappoint. You are sure to find something you like. The customer service is outstanding. You are greeted with a smile and a welcome when you come in. They will show you were the items are that you are looking for but don’t hover while you are trying to decide which to buy. We were buying a lift chair for my mother in law who recently was moved to assisted living. Joe said they would take care of the delivery because “we have to take care of mom” ❤️

The Warehouse ALWAYS has exactly what we need. We were in need of a dresser, not only did they have the perfect one but they also deliver furniture (even to the county) which is super helpful! I purchased and had the dresser at my house with in a couple hours! Staff is always helpful and the variety of styles available is astounding!

My husband and I first heard of The Warehouse last summer. Needless to say, this is the only place we shop now for all our furniture needs. The store is full of beautiful and quality pieces from all over. The prices are great and the customer service is amazing! One of the times, we had found a sectional we loved, but it had already sold. The owner informed us that he could order it for us, so that’s what we did. Due to Covid, we were aware of shipping delays. This sectional was delayed longer than the initial delivery date. My husband and I were patient though. During the delay the owner kept us informed of of the delivery status every step of the way. He went above and beyond to make sure we were kept in the loop. As soon as the sectional arrived, he was contacted us that same day for home delivery. It was delivered that same day! He made the process smooth and effortless for us. The sectional was worth the wait! We highly recommend The Warehouse to all our family and friends. There is something for everyone and when you shop there, you are treated like family.

We called down there on a Sunday (in which he was actually closed) and let us look around with no guarantee that we were actually going to buy anything. We actually ended up buying the perfect cabinet we were looking for to adorn out living room, along with several other items we plan on purchasing. The owner was extremely personable and answered any and all of our questions, he was also kind enough to meet up with on another day he was closed to pick up our new cabinet! You just dont receive customer service like this any more!Our experience was extremely wonderful, and we will definitely be buying the rest of our furnishings from here. My wife and I highly recommend looking around the entire shop because their selection is wonderful and they only sell top quality furniture. This little hidden gem is absolutely amazing!!! Just off the beaten path...I walked in the door and within minutes I found the perfect piece of furniture! The staff were so kind and helpful! I found so many things that I wanted to take home!! Oh and they delivered! The owner called me and made the arrangements himself... this was an amazing experience. We purchased an Ashley leather sofa from The WareHouse, Big City Chic with small town neighborly service. Couch is stylish and sturdy, just right for our family. Lovely. We would highly recommend the Warehouse to anyone on the Olympic Peninsula. We were impressed with the option to have our old couch taken away, and our new couch delivered in the same visit by professional staff! The WareHouse is a gem and great asset to Port Angeles!

Awesome! Our family has gotten many pieces of unique and high quality furniture here over the years. From handsome solid wood bookcases to a tiny antique childrens piano, we love it all. Mostly new furniture these days, but they do have a small selection of pre-owned/estate pieces that are also fun to look at. Hard-to-beat prices and great delivery services available. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Its a little bit hidden, but easy to find just a block off east-bound 101.

Usually buy furniture is not an enjoyable experience, but The Warehouse made my experience a good one. Great selection of high quality furniture. We were given great customer service. Financing is available. They deliver the furniture to out house. The guys were nice, very careful to not scratch floors or walls. Installed and set up everything. I would highly recommend buying your next piece of furniture here. I guarantee you have a great experience.

I absolutely love Joe, and the warehouse! My husband and I were looking for a headboard for our queen metal bed frame. There were a couple bed frames in there that I really loved, but there was one in particular that was my favorite. We have a small bedroom, so I was bummed because I didn’t want the entire bed frame, only the headboard. Joe said “no problem!” and was able to order just the headboard for us and my husband will attach it to our bed frame. Couldn’t have had a better experience! Joe even delivered it to our house when we didn’t have the proper vehicle to transport it. We hope to be back again soon for our next purchase!

Great customer service! When we got home with our new purchase, we discovered an issue. But no problem for Joe!
