The employees are very nice here. The first time I visited I had my hands a little full with my baby and other things. One of the employees ran from across the building to open the door for me. They have great service and everyone is friendly and helpful! You can tell they enjoy what they do!

The young lady that checked us in was super nice her name started with an S & was an unusual name but I canβt remember it. She told us it would be about an hour & it was done on time & we were on our way. It was the best experience I have had at this dealership!

We recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. We brought our Jeep Sport to them for a trade in with the intention of looking at something newer and bigger that would accommodate our needs. Bought a preowned and locally owned 2013 Toyota Tundra 4x4 with 46K miles. We negotiated a fair price and they agreed to add a bed liner. The sales guy (sorry I cant remember his name but hell remember the car) delivered it to my home in Port Townsend after taking it down to Tacoma to get the liner installed. Good service and I love the truck! Absolutely love the truck.

Seen this Camaro on their web site, husband called and asked lots of questions. John was so understanding and went above and beyond helping answer every and all questions plus provided additional pictures. You see we were traveling 100 miles plus a ferry ride to get there, all in all a 4 hour trip one way. So communication was top priority, and John understood completely. When we arrived we finally got to meet John. Car was exactly how described so no hidden surprises. The service men put it on a lift so my husband didnt have to get dirty trying to look underneath the car. Once the car was lifted the service men gave my husband space to look at everything. We got to meet the sales manager and he was awesome too. When financing the loan, Greg got us the best deal and worked hard to speed the process thru so we could start our journey back home.(Still needed the ferry ride) The whole team stayed well pass closing. Our journey started at 11am and ended at 11pm. But was well worth it. We would do it again in a heart beat, because we had such great service. Hands down.

Went to Ruddellβs for an oil change. I was surprised to find out the cost of an oil change went from $75 on my last change to $150! Checked with my friend that owns a dealership in Lincoln, Ne on their cost for the same oil change, $64.95!!! This is a ridiculous price increase. Needless to say I will be shopping around for next service. This is unfortunate because itβs a good shop with good service.
I had been shopping for a truck for several weeks with not much luck and some very disappointing interactions with other regional GM dealers when I found a truck I was interested in at Ruddell. I contacted Lucy Wait in the Sales Department via email and she responded very quickly to my inquiry. Over the next several days I feel like I bombarded her with multiple questions about the truck but she responded back very quickly and patiently each and every time. As I live three hours away from Port Angeles, I was hesitant to make trip until I was certain there would be no surprises upon my arrival. When we did arrive, we were greeted like old friends and treated like weve never been treated by a dealership before. It was quite refreshing. Any anxiety I had about making the trip was quickly alleviated. We were introduced to our Sales Person, Wes Buck. He was fabulous. Very knowledgeable about the truck and walked us through setting up all the technology necessary for our drive back home. We also had the pleasure of meeting David Bier. Hes a very nice man and genuinely focused on making our trip worthwhile. The Finance Department had most of the paperwork already prepared and the document signing was super fast and pleasant as well. Ive had the opportunity to purchase many vehicles from many dealers over the last 30+ years and I must admit, some of those transactions were less-than-pleasant. This one was quite different. On scale of 1-10, this definitely was a 9.5. And I dont make these comments lightly. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. These folks went way above and beyond in every way possible. I only regret I cant use them for my service needs because of the distance but I will most certainly see them the next time were in the market for a new or used vehicle.

The turnout was much better than expected with quite a number of cars not seen before. A very large crowd was in attendance which was great to see, most admiring the large selection of hot rods, restomods, muscle cars, classics, and antiques. Drove 4 hours from Portland, OR to buy a Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and it was absolutely worth the drive. They had a welcome sign with my name on it in the window of the truck upon arrival. Hey I called in to Simply price check and check availability of an ignition lock cylinder on a Suburban to have the parts guy give me misleading information trying to say that the door lock cylinder is the same as the ignition. I knew better than that but I figured since it was the dealer I would check so I do believe now they owe me for 15 minutes of my time and I charge $140 an hour and another funny thing is why was the bookkeeper answering the phone? We were looking for a used truck and had found a couple of vehicles on the Ruddell Auto website that we wanted to look at. We had been researching used trucks for a while, and found their prices to be very reasonable.Lets face it, nobody likes the dealership experience. It usually consists of a very long day with lots of waiting around. Those of you who have shopped at the Bremerton Autoplex will know what I am talking about. But I have to say, dealing with Ruddell Auto and our sales guy, Wes Buck, was a very pleasant experience! Wes was great to work with, he took care of our needs, answered all of our questions, and even bought us lunch. By the time we decided on the vehicle we were going to buy and went into the office to start the paperwork, we were probably out of there in about 90 minutes.We will definitely go to Ruddell Auto again when we are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

The service should have been taken care of by the dealer. This is why, I have a extended warranty, the truck was bout assuming it was a demo. It was not a demo, the dealer lied to the financial institution. It was a previously stolen vehicle off the lot that was in an accident. If I would have known that I would have not bought the truck. Also now you can see a bunch of micro scratches on the side of the truck. I will never buy a car from Ruddell new or used. I will tell people to go off the peninsula to purchase. I even emailed Howie to explain my issue and left him a few voice mails. He never emailed or attempted to call. My next step is to go to gm.

A valve was stuck open causing a light on the control panel. The bill to discover the cause and fix it was just a little under $250. The service person did the research and discovered that this was a factory recall issue and the service department fixed it at no charge to me. Thats heads up service; going the extra mile for the customer. I am thankful and encouraged that any other problem that might happen with the vehicle will be handled with the same honesty and integrity.

We drove from Beaver WA to find a car and it was one of the easiest buying experiences we have ever had!
What a wonderful experience with customer service... until it wasnβt. We had a nice car ride and discussion with Ken and Dave the Marine (there are two Daves). We made a price deal and alerted we would call within 24 hours, which I did. That next day, they were both off and no one knew what we were talking about as far as our trade in and purchase price agreement for a GMC Terrain. It took me calling in several times, starting at 1:30 pm, alerting I wanted the car and no one called me back. At 4:30, I called again to put a down payment or holding on the SUV. I was transferred to a manager Dave (NOT the Marine), and was appalled - and I mean down right appalled at his hostility and lashing out on the phone. I even had asked him to calm down at one point. He had the audacity to tell me, βYou should have bought it when you had the chance and your just mad now because you went and looked at another car and now the deal is off the table.β That deal, which was promised to us by TWO Ruddell employees, one a salesman and one a manager, was apparently not going to be acknowledged at all. We had a verbal agreement that the price numbers would NOT change in the next 24 hours. I told the rude Dave that I was shocked he was a manager and he raised his voice to the point that I just told him he lost a car sale and hung up the phone. AWFUL!!!!My husband called back and Dave stated he had been having a bad day.... WOW. Iβm an RN and have the worst days you can possibly imagine and still would never speak to another person that way. Never going back. Never recommending this place to ANYONE.

I recently traveled to Port Angeles, WA, (almost to Canada), to purchase a car. (I wanted a car that Autotrader only listed 3 within 500 miles of my home.) I traveled to Ruddell Auto because I TRUSTED the people who worked there.I had recently traveled to Tacoma, WA, to purchase a car and discovered that it had a strong odor, so I didnt purchase it. Suffice it to say, I wasted a lot of time and money on that trip.Then, I found another car at Ruddell Auto. I read about their history and discovered that they had cared about and supported their community for decades, so I thought I might be able to TRUST them. Well, it turns out I could!In the process of buying a car from a dealer that was 500 miles from my home, I interacted with Ken, Lucy and David. Each of them was professional and offered excellent customer service. Ken is a salesperson, Lucy works in internet sales and David is a Sales Manager.The purchase experience was better than I could have hoped. All of the staff I worked with went above and beyond, especially Ken. Sales manager is great.However, I was given an incorrect information going into the meeting, the sales person kept looking for vehicles that I made it clear that I was not interested. And most recently, they responded back to me with a vehicle that was marked well over 5k on MSRP. Not sure what is going on but I cant picture myself ever shopping for a vehicle here.

According to the sticker Pearl needed an oil change. I needed to have the tires checked as well as the weather has been cold lately. I was unaware that I would have to pay for the oil change as well as other services when I brought the car there. Service was friendly and made me aware that I had to wait for an hour. I had emergency cash available to pay for the unexpected bill. So, free oil changes for life isnt true. Maybe, a price or $100.00 a year for oil changes would be a better way of stating what is available. Lately, I havent had good experiences at Ruddells. And yet, I have purchased several cars there as well as all my oil changes. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I do miss the friendly service.

Ive bought 2 cars from ruddelI. Had some issues on my newest car and in turn then had some communication issues. As soon as I was able to speak with someone I was told we will make this right. I was reluctant to knownhow this would play out, being communication is a big indicator to me if im valued or not. But they did what they needed to do and made it right. By them, I specifically mean Sophia over in the service department. She went out of her way to make sure I could make it to and from my work and that my concerns were actually heard. She made sure that communication was wide open with her constantly. She went above and beyond to help me cover the new charges that ensued. And really.. again, she listened to me and made me a priority customer. Sophia is the reason I would ever return. She did right by me when I felt no one was. Management should look into her getting a raise. She killed it for her company. Shout out Sophia!! Thank you!

Dealership is amazing from their internet sales rep Lucy to Eric sales rep and Randy their transportation person from the airport and a two hour ride as Seattle is closest airport. Never did I feel uncomfortable, the whole experience was well organized, friendly staff making me feel red carpet welcome. Eric was amazing in communicating before, during and after my travel was over to ensure there werenβt any issues. In and out of the financing office signing final papers in 20 minutes. Flew in Seattle at 8am, picked up and arrived in Port Angelas by 10:30. Test drive the truck with them showing all the features, signed papers and out of their before 11:30. Sales manager even printed driving instructions for best route. Highly recommend Rudell and flying or driving the extra distance for this great experience. Truck was clean, washed and ready to go with extra Def fluid and my favorite coffee to go. Staff and facilities are 10+ And Port Angelas is a beautiful place to visit.

Looked high and low for this specific truck. Found it at Ruddells 4.5 hours away. Worked the deal over the phone, made the drive and was in and on my way back home in about an hour. Great price on truck, great trad in value, nice staff. Recommend even if your 4.5 hours away.

Entire buying experience was exceptional. Erik is a great sales representative and the manager, Will, was also super helpful. Even the finance manager was helpful and managed to save me $$$! Ruddellβs service department is efficient and all staff are wonderful. Iβve been to other dealers, buying other cars in other locations but have found Ruddell to be the very best. I recommend them - sales and service - without reservation.
