Angeles Millwork is employee-owned, and you can tell when you compare the service from here to the service from Home Depot. Theyve got a wide selection of lumber, tools, plumbing, electrical, etc etc etc. You can even rent tools. Folks here are very knowledgeable and helpful. Ive spent a lot of money here and I will continue to do so. Its so cool to have a not-corporate hardware store in town.

There is more to this place than just lumber. They have a rental department for hand tools, lawn and garden tools, and construction equipment of the hand operated type. The store is stocked with plumbing, electrical, hardware, household, and tools. The staff is knowledgeable in most areas and always helpful.

I always check Angeles Millwork for home repair/remodel supplies before anywhere else. They almost always have what I need, saving me a trip farther into town. The only exceptions have been specialized electrical or plumbing needs, but those are difficult to find anywhere outside of major cities. Their customer service is very solid and Ive had an excellent experience with their tool rentals. The only downside is having to drive/walk through their heavy materials loading zone to get to the front door, but their forklift drivers always seem to be very alert of cross-traffic.

Eric & Kinner in rental are super friendly and super helpful. In addition, I feel the store is on an upward swing of customer service and friendly attitude. Keep it up folks.

I have had an affinity for stores like this for most of my life; it’s awesome to be able to get great advice and help on whatever kind of project you’re working on. No need to try and hunt down someone in an orange vest who runs the other direction when they see you coming.It’s also great to have a rental department in our community!Now is everything perfect? Of course not! But we are constantly striving to improve things, from product offering, to staff training, and so on. We love being a part of the PA community and appreciate the trust that you put in us!

Not as good as it used to be a few years ago. I purchased a couple 12-ft 1x4s I simply needed them cut in half. So the yard guy that brought them to the saw placed them there walked away only to return with another customers four by four which he cut in half after removing my wood from the saw. Then he walked away. So then I went over to the saw to cut them myself at which time one of the guys from the register came out and made the cut for me. So on the way while leaving I see the same guy standing there with his hands in his pockets watching a guy operate the forklift. Seems pretty Petty and ultimately aggravating. No rhyme or reason.

Theyre always helpful and not afraid to direct me to a different place if dont have what I need in stock and locally owned

The big box hardware stores rarely have the time, the care or the knowledge to really help you find what you need or don’t need. I’m a new home owner and NOT an expert DiYer and I’ve never had a negative experience or felt talked down to. I LOVE this store.

As a home owner working on small projects I come here a lot. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very accommodating even to the little guy, not just catering to larger contractors. For a fence that Im building, I was able to sit down with John and he helped me select the right lumber for the project and had it delivered the next day. Its always a good idea to support great local businesses here in PA.

Good location and great selection of high quality welding equipment. They have deal with peninsula college so if youre a welding student you can show them your student ID and you get a discount.

They are a good source for building and home maintenance supplies. They have tools basic and power tools. They have tool and power equipment rental. They sell landscaping materials like concrete block. They sell doors, interior and exterior. They also sell yard and landscaping tools.

I decided to shop local for the wood to build my loft bed for my van. Willy helped me and went over and beyond to make sure we left with exactly the right pieces.

Full stock of lumber and all the bits you need for repairs or creating something new. Friendly helpful staff showed me where everything is, and unlike a certain orange box 30 miles round trip, all these people knew what they were selling and how it all works. I like to shop locally and buy locally.

Everything youd ever need to fix anything. And if its not there theyll get it. Great staff and really knowledgeable. If you need ta fix anything they can help
