If you like nice glasses but worry about breaking or damaging any part. Walmart covers frames for a year and if you go nikon on the lenses those are covered for 2 years scrapes breaks your good. Pluss you really get taken care of here great customer service and speedy and freindly replacments

Everyone was prompt, friendly, and my glasses fit nicely and work well. I’ve worn glasses for 50 years and find the service at this Walmart eye center equal to my previous private optometrist’s excellent care.

Three stars because their frames have a 1 year unconditional guaranty.After doing my exam we discovered they could not purchase the lite weight lenses I desired. I had to go to another office to get my lenses fit.Also, the frames purchased sit at a slight angle. It was the set they gave me to have fit with the new lenses and said I could exchange them if it is a problem.I went in to exchange them for a proper fitting frame and they decided they could adjust them. Well that has not worked after 5 attempts.This month I am hoping to exchange for a proper fitting pair. If not I will purchase another set of frames. That is how bad it is.Also, maybe the worst eye exam I have experienced ever. I am 62 years old and been wearing glasses since I was 5. I know who things should go. I think the optometrist was late for a lunch date. It was not good.I will update on the out come of getting my frames replaced.

Horrible customer service. Ignorant staff. Third trip for same issue, maybe theyll getot rightthis time...probably not.

I ordered my glasses almost a month ago and I still have not received them. The staff is friendly but I would have at least appreciate a phone call to let me know of the delay, instead they told me they where in the store and I had to drive down to find out they lost them. Almost two weeks later and I still have to be the one giving them a call to check up on it.
