EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I work for a company that built its brand on superior customer service - so my standard is kind of high. My experience with the Port Angeles Big Lots left me completely WOWED! Desirae and Steve swooped in and saved the day! The entire crew is really excellent. I was genuinely treated like family. Steve was an extremely helpful employee. He was able to assist me when I thought all hopes were gone.We purchased a couch in December 2020. We move to Port Angeles. In the middle of the move we lost 3 cushions. He was able to replace them for us. Love this store. Thank you Steve!!

It was my first visit to BigLots! In Port Angeles,WA. It was great shopping experience. “Desirae” who works there, she helps me finding things right since my shopping list was big. It took me 30 minutes to shop all my items with her help. Otherwise it would take 2 hours by myself. Thank you Desirae for your help.

Great place to go. Walmart may not have exactly what your looking for. Big Lots has it on stock. Great prices. I recommend Big Lots.

The man that greeted us and sold us a chair was pleasant . The checker did not offer us a warranty on Recliner. I did not realize until we were out of store .

Very convenient - just 15 minutes (give or take) from Heart O the Hills Campground. Needed some last-minute camping supplies such as candles, beef jerky, and pillows, and they had it all! Staff was very helpful. - Olympic Otter

They refuse to be ada compliant when it comes to not being able to wear a mask. how do you expect a disabled girl to do her shopping if they tell you oh you need to fill it out online and well bring it out to you. she doesnt get to do much right now and the one thing she loves to do is going in and browsing the aisles and picking out stuff and you took that away from her

My friend and I went into Big Lots just to look around because our guys were golfing. The sales man Jase went over and beyond to help us. See I found some outdoor furniture that I just fell in love with and I had no room in my car because were traveling. This great guy was over and beyond to find us some by our house. Helpful staff that means well but doesn’t really know. Rewards are cool. Their Halloween decorations were fabulous!! Garden goodies were priced super! (Half off). With a lovely variety. Lots of wonderful stock here. However, buy what you want in quantity. It won’t be there next time. love this store!!

Arrived 45 minutes before closing and I had the place to myself. Lots of great deals and I found the premium sheet set i was looking for and it was half the price as other retailers.

Big Lots is an awesome store for just about everything. Right now all healthcare workers and veterans get 15% off which is quite a bit. The staff was very kind and friendly . Cant go wrong by going to Big Lots

I have been shopping at this store since it was originally Pic N Save, then MacFrugals, now Big Lots. You can score some great deals here. They are always reinventing the store with layout and product offering. Lots of unique or hard to find grocery items here and nice new selection of furniture. Employees have been friendly and helpful. Join the Big Lots club for special deals like free things and 20 percent off Sunday sales. I recommend this store.

Stock changes continually, so it pays to check regularly. Sometimes higher than local stores, sometimes lots lower & great deals...you must know your prices on items. Always clean & well maintained, staff is always friendly & helpful. Seasonal items can be had, but again, know your prices, some things can be quite pricey & out of line. After season markdowns are usually great deals!

Good store great prices. May not be too name brands but compareble. Nice easy to walk through layout. Isles are a little snug but workable.

They have the most amazing friendly staff. Always there to help me find what I need. From the minute you walk in until the time you walk out you are treated like family. They really do go above and beyond to help serve the community.

Well use to be one of my favorite stores but not so much any more,,they got rid of automotive do dads and tried to find a pair of socks and they no longer have them either,but they did have about five or six rows of xmas stuff that I could care less about in October!

A clean discount store. From food to clothing, furniture, holiday supplies. Decent prices, sales are good. Helpful and usually cheery staff that goes out of their way to help their customers

The store is clean, well lit & the staff are always friendly. Some of the shelves were bare, but that might be due to the transition of seasonal merchandise. The cat food & a few other items are cheaper at a big box store...otherwise 5 stars.

I found some outdoor solar powered string lights there in the seasonal. I had not seen the string lights in solar anywhere else, just solar pathlights. I also have an outdoor thermometer/clock on my porch that I bought there that I have received many compliments on. The quality of brands/items is not consistent so just be careful and inspect what you buy before purchasing. Sometimes their goods are broken, so as I said, inspect carefully before you buy. They are good about refunding for purchases though.

I was told by Assistant Manger Laurie says that the store policy is no backpacks are allowed in store. Despite my shopping here prevous 6 months with the same backpack. This is how I carry my purchases. As a result I no longer shop at this location nor others. Yet women are allowed purses and diaper bags. Do not shop here.
