I attempted over the span of 3 months to get a proposal from GSS for a decent sized mirror project for a new school. I was given every story in the book as to why it was wasnt done but was consistently being told that its being worked on and that I could plan to see it any day now. I would check in with the estimator on almost a daily basis for status updates and would be ignored 99% of the time. The lack of follow up and follow through was surprising based on all of the reviews I have read.

Cant say enough good things about this companys willingness to help us resolve issues with new construction windows from Milgard. If you think about ordering windows from Milgard and you live in Clallam county, think again! Service isnt easy to get in a timely fashion.Ward and his crew from Glass Services were willing to try and help us .

Ordered a new glass front door for our business and they were prompt in their services. The gentleman who did the replacement was quick, courteous, and also managed to fix the doors struts that had caused it to be free swinging. Excellent job and the glass looks beautiful!

We had a crack in our front door for office building they came out and replaced it perfectly and also did an adjustment on our door without charging us which I think is really cool.
