Can not tell you how much i love giving this business my money over any of the other businesss in Clallam County. Mike and his staff are amazing. They all are knowledgeable, very friendly, and you can see that they actually care about their customers and bend over backwards to help you problem solve if you are having an issue w/either your hot tub or your pellet stove. 5 stars doesnt cover this place.

We just bought the small Jetsetter hot tub from the Spa Shop. Installation process was painless and they gave great instructions about maintenance and spa chemistry. Couple of follow up calls were gracefully handled.My partner bought a hot tub from these guys twenty years ago and the quality of service is still just as high!

Mike went out of his way to find a propane fireplace insert that would work for us in a challenging situation, and to locate others who could install the propane pipe and do necessary electrical work. Thoroughly professional, accessible, pleasant, and reasonably priced.

Just had to repair a 4 year old hot tub that was bought elsewhere (and was out of business). Mike and Troy did a great job of troubleshooting it, getting a part in and fixing it. Won my business in the future. Great guys, great work, great attitude.
