Got what was needed, expensive, people talking closely and loudly with No masks on. I felt really uncomfortable that someone was approaching me and talking to me with no mask on. I just kept backing away, he finally got a clue but then acted like I was the one being rude.

Not happy with the service of my bike, I would not recommend them to anyone!If you want you bike worked on, definitely take it somewhere else. A simple diagnostic test and go through the fuel system check... Took them almost 4 months and over a $1000.00.... and guess what it barley runs !!I am very dissatisfied customer, that will never be back.

Bought a used Can Am machine from this Can Am dealer. First hour of use the dash display told me to shut down engine because of low oil pressure. The machine started oddly and inconsistently, went to put trickle charger on the battery and found completely loose battery connections and extra wires connected to the battery, as well as a glove and garbage in the battery compartment. It was obvious that they did not check out the machine before putting it on the sales lot, nor after I paid and waited for the shop to check out the machine. The low oil pressure at idle is very common Rotax engine issue and not damaging to the engine: but as a Can Am dealer; they should have mentioned it was a common issue. Very disappointed with the local option, and cant see any way I would trust them to rectify this issue...20 minutes and a wrench and I fixed the battery cables. I would only reccomend if someone is prepared to be disappointed.

Very expensive these days, with these fees on fees with these fees ect. Sure loved it 20 years ago. But the saw shop is great, they remember your name toss in rebates. Actually call you if your order is done and ready. Plus they remember your name..

Customer Service above and beyond. Its a ferry ride and a hour drive and well do it again for any future needs.

PA Power Equipment are the only registered Stihl dealer and repair on the peninsula, they also repair most motorcycles, they have a great selection of motorized vehicles and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Valve stem went bad on trike . Spent the night in town. Talked to young lady in service. Got my info and sent me to shop. Mechanic had everything he needed at arms reach. Got me in and out. Shop was busy but got a traveller taken care of. Cant say enough about that kind of customer support. Thanks P.A. Power Service Dept !!

Great equipment and sales but the service department is trash and and will gouge you. 380$ for annual service on my mower they said 2hour at 90$ an hour and a 75$ pick up and delivery charge goes not add up and it took them 2 and a half weeks to do it and the just charged my friend 275$ for the same thing this year. I will be finding some were else to have my service done!

They are expensive just to have a little work done on your bike. they dont even try to help you find parts for a older bike or quad youre working on and Im not impressed with their customer service

Friendly staff and great place to find gear a lil high priced for bikes, utvs, and quads. Has a great saw shop here where they qarrentee their work and make sure it done fast correctly and lowest price possible will keep going back for my logging supplies and saw repairs when needed.....now to the power sport side I do not recommend them Ill stick to brothers honda in bremerton went to get a can am 90 quads for my kids called ahead of going up there was quoted 3495.oo out the door by Jason the so called owner of pa power and when we got there he said Im sorry its a extra 500 then what I said I didnt add sales tax well being a commercial sales manager myself when I quote a customer a price I have to honor that price and he refused to honor it saying he didnt quote me that price and I have witnesses that can vouch for that they a shady and crooked and I will not personally do business with the power sorts side of pa power ever again I give that side a -5 * and to top it off jason isnt the owner Mike and Suzy is so hes lieing to customers jason should be fired on the spot that poor customer service

Its been more then a decade since I was inside the offroad side of PA Power. Ive purchased 4 .. maybe 6 new bikes from them in the past and was always very pleased with the pricing and level of service. Then I just quit riding. Well now wife and I decided to buy a Can-Am side by side and once again Jason, Christy, and crew at PA Power came through... great deal and even better service. I took care of everything with a few phone calls during day and stopped in that night and signed paperwork. I bet I wasnt there 15 min... well.. plus a few minutes looking around of coarse. Its been awhile lolAnyhow... they had exactly what I wanted in stock.. color and all... had most of my accessories in stock.. pricing was great... they are local.. and as I said service is amazing.. I really couldnt be happier. Ive done business with PA Power for maybe a couple decades now... between bikes on that side and Chainsaws.. bought 2 there... Honda Generators.. 2 of those as well... and who knows what else... they always fix everything right up and keep it running like it should. Im sure Ill be back for more and Im just as sure that bar setting level of service will still be their standard.

Rude, inconsiderate and lack of communication is just some of the reasons why I do not recommend this business. I’m usually all about shopping local but I’d purchase online and have it delivered before doing business with this establishment.

Seems like a nice place, but if you buy a Honda generator be sure to find out how old it is. They sold me a new generator in Jan 2020 that was manufactured in Aug 2018. I expressed my disappointment to learn I have a new generator that is already 1.5 years old, but no resolution was offered. Very disappointing as I was trying to support a local business. I would have received better resolution from the local “big box” store which carries the same generator.

Everything worked out. Took forever but they are pretty busy.

Local general contractor. Brought in a few of our Stihl items to maintain. One was a working backpack blower. Mechanic sent a quote for more than the machine cost brand new. Another was a working string line trimmer, the mechanic removed the carburetor stating it needed to be replaced. I denied the service as the product was a year old and working when I brought it in. Instead of putting the machine back to how it was when I bought it in, it was left disassembled in a plastic bag. Terrible service. Will be taking our equipment to Sequim or Poulsbo.

I got a flat tire on my trip and we were in town when it happened thankfully and they were able to get me in the next morning, they aired it up and checked it out, everything seems good so far, thank you for getting me in quick and the great service!!

They are really the only full service Marine, ATV, and Lawn Equipment parts center in this area. The prices on parts are a little higher then online, however they usually have what you need. They are well known for their excellent Marine Service.

I have purchased quite a few atvs and utvs through PA Power. I recently had them complete a utv build for me, turned out great. Easy to work with and fair.

Very helpful, knowlegable, and friendly staff. I ordered a chainsaw over the phone, and they had it all ready to go, including filling it with chain oil and giving it a test run. They didnt even ask for my credit card to hold it and could have sold it before I got there. Not too many businesses would be that trusting. This is my 2nd purchase from this store and will buy all my sthil equipment and accessories from Port Angeles Power Equipment.

I took my mower in to get a simple change of oil in the engine and transmission. I was expecting a bill of around $200 but was presented with a bill of $550 because the mechanic made a simple mistake. I talked to the owner who would not accept any responsibility for the error and was insistent I pay the entire amount. I pointed out that over the years I had purchased chain saws, parts and a $7500 mower from him but he wouldnt budge and became belligerent. Apparently the phrase stepping over a dollar to pick up a dime doesnt register with him. There is a very good Stihl shop in Sequim and there are lots of other places to get a mower serviced- you might want to consider these alternatives.

They will try to rip you off on prices for a new bike, parts, maintenance. Ive given them several chances and never had a good experience shopping there. Gave them a reasonable offer for an older bike, they had it marked up $1700 more than other shops in the seattle area. Even though it had a dealer rebate. They LIED and said it didnt, even though I called yamaha to confirm.They wanted to charge me another hour of labor for replacing a throttle cable when I had them sync the carbs on my bike...you have to remove the throttle cable to sync the carbs anyway. What a ripoff. When I confronted them about it they acted like I didnt know what I was talking about.I also heard from several friends that they get terrible interest rates on loans. I had a friend tell me that even though he was making payments, it still showed up as a hit on his credit. Might not be the fault of PA power, but I would go to a more reputable place with better working relationships with creditors.Overall, their attitude sucks, and they seem to think they dont need to have good customer service because they are the bigger one of only two bike shops in town.

Checked out every bike, not one employee stepped up to help. Ok no hard sell here, no soft sell, no sale.

Sold me the wrong bike brakes. Wouldnt return them because I didnt have the plastic bag they had come in that had to be torn open anyways. Cost me fuel, time, and obviously the cost of the brakes. They no longer cater to the little people that cant afford to buy a new side-by-side from them.

Brought bike tires to be changed just tires put on wheels I left paying 110 dollars they never called me to tell me they changed everything go to montes 16 bucks a tire
