The facility was clean, had a family sized restroom that could fit our stroller, and is fenced in so we felt safe and secure! The manager Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks again, -Eve

I really enjoyed my business with Armor Storage never had a problem with payments, access in and out and my storage shed I rented when the business first opened had been about a year I needed it.The Manager Joe was really helpful and I like his customer service...if I need the storage again I will come back.

I have been at this place for about six months now The first three months they gave me a promo which I paid about $125 a month for after that they started charging me about 155 for two months now they have increased it to $185 a month. The guy at the front desk did not like how I presented to him that this is been a reoccurring thing that every month they come in to pay it is a new price he was very unprofessional. Especially with Covid going on right now you would think they would be more respectful and reasonable. I am very disappointed in the way I have been treated by the receptionist upfront. It is always the same person when I go in and whenever I go in it’s always a different price. Horrible customer service I’m very disappointed

Joe was the customer service representative that helped me when I arrived into town with my UHaul. He couldn’t have been nicer! Checked me in and got me to my unit. He came to ask if I needed anything else after a bit— just a really great experience and personalization from this storage unit facility. Will definitely use and recommend them here on out!

I first reserved my storage unit online, and Jess did a great job. He was able to get everything arranged to make my move in easy. Then, when I got on site, Joe picked right up where Jess left off. He was polite and helpful, sold me couple items I needed to make my move easier, went over my contract, and then walked me to my unit and showed me how to secure it. Very positive experience, and would recommend Armor Storage in Port Angeles to anyone needing a storage unit.

Armor Storage, Port Angeles, facility and staff are so wonderful. Ive never rented before and they walked me through it every step of the way, and literally walked me to my unit. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, kind and helpful in every way. I would recommend this clean and friendly facility to anyone.

Reserved a unit online. Within 20 minutes received a call to finish up setup. Went to office, showed my ID and Joe showed me my unit and explained everything I needed to know. He even helped me with a new lock when my brand new one I purchased elsewhere failed. Everyone I encountered, either on the phone or in person was friendly, helpful and respectful. Nice units and property, staff was great! Highly recommend!

🚐 Yeehaw! Just moved to Port Angeles and needed to unload my precious cargo. Called several storage places and Armor was the most professional and nice so I went over to check it out.Great deal for a super clean, heated, nice space with a roll up door. Joe and Heather knew I wanted a space close to an outside door for easy loading so they set me up with the perfect space and provided me with a heavy duty rolling cart so it only took one trip.I also had a welcoming personal experience with Joe and Heather and being new in town, it was much appreciated:)

Joe and Heather were both very helpful and delightful. The place is brand new, so everything works perfectly and is spotless. A nice touch were the available carts for bringing things to our unit. They were also brand new and worked extremely well.The security seems robust, but it is hard to know for sure since I’m not inclined to put it to the test.I really don’t know what else one could want from a self storage unit.

I have had several storage units at different locations and this company is top notch. The manager (Joe) and assistant (Heather) were extremely helpful during my entire move in. Being a brand new facility, they were very friendly and knowledgable. I really like the keyed cylinder locks for the units. The automated lighting inside is superb and the units are TALL!The only thing I would like to see changed is the confusing painted white arrows showing direction of travel. Once you enter, they have you going in a circle throughout the units with NO arrow showing you how to get out!WELCOME ARMOR STORAGE TO PORT ANGELES. I look forward to years of being an extremely happy customer

Moving our business to the great state of Washington and needed a storage unit for our stuff this place is built very nice as a matter of fact the security here is perfect as my stuff is very important (Heather) the assistant manager is very professional and we look forward to doing business with yall for many years to come theres only one flaw I see and I hope it gets fixed is the arrows shows how to enter but not to Exit you literally have to drive around the building which can be a bit confusing other than this minor issue we are 100% satisfied thanks Heather for your welcoming approach and your professional attitude!

Had a great experience so far- granted i barely been there a week yet, but so far Heather and Joe at the Port Angeles Armor have been outstanding in helping me with getting set up with a unit. Moving is always an ordeal and a gigantic pain in the butt, but they made it just a little bit easier and i appreciate it a freaking lot.

The Manager, Joe, was very helpful throughout the process. I am quite happy with the location of my storage unit and of the unit itself. It was painless!
