Called twice about wrong hose. Twice told it will be shipped today. Still not here 2 weeks. Find another source. Im done. 23 minutes on the phone. Sad.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. Never a return phone call. They keep passing paper work and blame onto someone else, sorry, youll have to speak to my manager, hes not in Its taken almost 3 months to get the prescription that is needed. NO delivery! no update! no ANYTHING! WE STILL HAVE NO PRESCRIPTION FILLED. They expect a person who needs portable oxygen to be house bound while they cant get their paperwork and follow through together and continuously try to pass the buck and blame to the next person from Lincare that is available to blow smoke up your @ss to get a patients health taken care of! absolutely unacceptable! Absolutely do NOT use them. I could go on and on about how many phone calls and physical visits to the office it has taken...still EMPTY handed. NO Oxygen! RIDICULOUS! Just say NO to LINCARE!

I have not gotten supplies from this outlet since 2017. Then on May 04 2020 I just got a hit to my credit telling me I owed lincare 91$. Never once called to speak with me about anything I owed to the company. I had full insurance at the time with the military so I shouldn’t have owed the company anything.This is not a good company to get your supplies with find someone else.

Horrible customer service. No response when we needed oxygen; did not follow through on prescription issue and I worked with the manager and two employees and didnt get anywhere. It took almost 3 weeks to get my prescription transferred.
