Even in the midst of Covid and internal changes to the Business the owner was patient and kind to my needs. He was professional and took extra time to search for something that I had accidentally left on a counter top. He let me know when he found it and that is incredible Customer Service that you dont always receive in many Businesses.
Online states that they are open until six. got here at 5:45 doors locked lights are on and someone is in there i had s huge box to send. tried calling and no answer and mail box is full every time. huge let down. I get off work at 530 and raced here. edit your hours online! some people depend on that. or at least answer the phone during business hours.
I had a difficult time with a fax number and an email upload; Wade at the UPS Store dealt with these on my behalf. He proved an excellent troubleshooter while being professional and courteous and continuing to help other customers as my things made their way through cyberspace. Then he insisted on giving me a discount as I had to wait so long, through no fault of the UPS Store. Excellent skills in getting the job done and excellent customer service.
Paid $140 for guaranteed overnight delivery. Took 4 days to get there. Was told 6 days ago I would get a refund. Manager took me back to his desk to process it and gets up in the middle of a sentence and runs out of the building saying he had to do a quick delivery. He promised to finish the refund when he got back. 4 days later, still no refund. Called and left a message for him because he was busy with a customer. 2 days later, still no call back or refund. Stopped in today, now Im told he isnt there and to come back in a half hour. This is the most unprofessional and unorganized business I have ever dealt with. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache!
Its unbelievable how much they offer at this one location! And the quality of products and customer service is phenomenal! I wont go anywhere else.

The staff at this store are terrific. It may be a nationally recognized chain, but it feels like a neighborhood store. They have helped me with shipping, printing posters and more. Plus theres a fabulous selection of greeting cards!
Doesn’t open on time.Basics of doing business people. Open and close according to your posted business hours. Simple.
I shipped a 10lb. box of frozen fruit about 2500 miles, in only 3 days for $64. They have the styrofoam interior box but make sure your items (duck,berries,meat,cheese,produce,etc) are well frozen before driving there. I also call ahead to confirm it will ship and try to do your transaction/drop off between 8am-12pm. I saved Christmas for my family. Were always down with Brown:-) Much Thanks, UPS!
Justin was fast and efficient. I made a return to Amazon and sent a package to family member in just a few minutes. He made sure my packages made it on the truck that was just about to leave. Great experience.
The employees in this store have always been pleasant to talk to, and seem to want to do what you ask them to do. But the follow through is dismal:1. Went to UPS to set up a temporary mailbox. Took an hour and a half, with three people working because the person who usually does this isnt here today. (PWUDTIHT---get used to this acronym, youll hear it often.)2. When I called to see if I had mail, to save a trip in, first time I was told we dont do that. Called an hour later, and PWUDTIHT.3. When I was out of town and needed a letter forwarded, PWUDTIHT. Had to call a second time, on another day. This time no problem.4. Went in to close mailbox this week. You guessed it: PWUDTIHT. Since I now live 100 miles from the mailbox, this wasnt a satisfactory answer. The employee was anxious to be helpful, so took my key and said she would turn it over to PWUDTIHT the next day. I had been told there was a letter waiting for me. Couldnt find it. Asked, PWUDTIHT.5. Today, I got an email reminding me my mailbox rental was due. Too annoyed to call, sent an email.Short version: have lots of patience when using this store, and a high tolerance for 2 visits when 1 should do.5 stars for staff friendliness 1 star for efficiency.
I was in need of a printout resume, for that days interview. Let me just say, Wade and management made it happen! I will NEVER use another UPS store. Outstanding service!
Absolutely horrible service. They make you feel like youre an inconvenience to them and provide you with the bare minimum. I will not ever use this store again.

In and out to print a shipping label and invoice, got an envelope to fit my box, UPS taped the label, wrapped the box, and sent it off.. must’ve been all of 5 minutes... speedy and efficient!
I chose to go to this UPS store for a passport photo because it was recommended to me by a family member.The first photo that was taken looked way too hazy,so I took it back and the same employee took another one and it looked better,but still lacked clarity.I went ahead and submitted the photo with my passport application,but it was rejected which has delayed my application process which I submitted on 12/12/18.I had my resubmitted photo done by Walgreens and it was crystal clear.I definitely recommend that you do not have your passport photo taken by this UPS store.
They changed the delivery address with no approval or notice, then sent it to previous address.
2 stars because the lady who answered was nice enough but gave very incorrect information. We are expecting a package sometime today and we needed to run some errands so we were looking for a narrower time window (instead of the standard by the end of the day) so we wouldnt miss our delivery. The gal said there was no way they would be able to find out that information because they were just a local store and even the 1-800 number wouldnt be able to help us. I decided to call the main 1-800 number just in case. The guy looked at the drivers records and said he is VERY consistent in this 2 hour window for our location. I understand that maybe the local employees cant access that information but saying no one can help us was not correct. Huge thanks to UPSs main customer service line for helping free up our day. :D
Huge shout out to this location! I was in a pinch to get some large boxes to ship some product for an important trade show. The Sequim UPS Store really screwed me and I had to act fast. I called and Doug answered the phone and was able to get me options for the boxes that I needed. I drove the extra 15-20 mins out to Port Angeles to have him personally fold and shape the boxes to exactly how I needed them. Not only was he quick about the service and did it exactly to spec, but the price for him to fold two boxes was literally half the cost for the Sequim location to do one. I really think Doug should get a pat on the back. He really helped out a small business in a tight spot! Thank you!
Was there today at 8:05. Lights on, no one there, door locked. Employees standing at back door smoking. Had to drive to Sequim.
Went above and beyond to help me out. I definitely would recommend this store:)
