The stores are a good place to shop but the item I wanted was not available. I wanted a plastic grocery bag storage unit that is fabric so it can expand. I see them online.

Its always nice to shop at Bed, Bath, Beyond, but i went there to by blinds, did not realize they Dont sell them!

Central Mall location- Port Arthur Texas. I was just shopping at this location and the staff is very unprofessional. They talked to everyone around me and a check out spot was opened and the clerk waited until her coworker finished talking to everybody and began to help me then she opened up her register. No greeting, nothing. Then in the middle of checking my purchase she stopped to talk to another worker. This is the most unprofessional place Ive been to in a long time.

Found some great sales and the service was good.

I really enjoy shopping here. The store is very clean and the employees are always courteous. Some things are a little pricey there. Which is okay if the product is worth it. I did way overpay for some sheets there. I bought a set of sheets from Sams for a fourth of the price that are way softer. I did like the selection of bathroom scales which is why I was there this time.

Love this store however the cashier did not charge the 50 percent sales price. I had to return and decided to just get a refund. I really dont like people overcharging me and I have to find out that they did it in order to get it fixed. I rather just returned the item and not have to deal with them.

The manager, Andrew, has awesome customer service. He assisted me over the phone to pay for a bridal registry item and the bride be able to pick it up at the store that very afternoon so that she would have it for her wedding shower. I live in another state and was unable to get it to her in time, but this way she would have it for her shower. He was so helpful and very kind. He took the time to get it off the shelf and take care of this himself right then while I was on the phone. THAT is customer service to the max !!!!!! THANK YOU Andrew

So since I was in the area, i decided to do Christmas shopping. The place is like mine so I was able to walk straight where I needed to be. But I did take a moment to notice that they got some cheap silverware. Gonna keep note of this when I move out. Now that I think about it, Bath and body beyond is a great place to get small things for your house. Should bring like $500 just to get what all you need in there and your house would look awesome.

I always find just what Im looking for, My kitchen or my closet they have it & I get a discount with my app. I purchased 1 of my beautiful mirrors there, & beautiful bling bed pillows. I always check the discount table & fine something I can use.

Absolutely love A Thousand Wishes body wash and perfume and lotion. It last all day no need to reapply. Thanks for making me smell wonderful all day!!

I did not realize you could purchase gift cards for One Kings Lane here. I was thrilled because I am one of those last days shoppers.

Wonderful staff! It was very clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we came in for. Even suggested protective products for our more expensive purchases and let us know that there were online coupons that could help us save. Great experience!

I really enjoy Bed Bath and Beyond. They have a great selection of household items but the one drawback is the prices. They are a little to high.

The lines for checkout are always the craziest nonsense you will ever see. There is plenty of room to install more checkout lanes but the company is too cheap to make any modifications.
