Went for tire rotation and balance, walked in and stood there while 3 employees were talking to each other and 1 was helping a women. I have nothing but good things to say about the one in Baytown, but pt Arthur location is a hard pass. No one ever said a word to me after 5 min of standing in front of the counters. The guys in garage were more interested in having a good time than working. Dont waste your time.

The service at the desk was prompt. However I went there to get a tire rotation. The attendant told me that my tires were too worn to get a rotation and that I needed new tires. I said I would have to consult with my husband first because maintenance of the vehicles is his responsibility. When my husband looked at my tires he said that they don’t need to be replaced and that this is first hand evidence of how auto shops try to deceive women.

Fast and great service, arrived at 12:30 was back in my car and on the road by 1:05.

Absolutely the worst customer service. After waiting 2 hrs for a rotation as Im walking out they tell me I was next in line. My family and I were there and watched multiple people come in, get helped and leave the whole time we were in there. One customer had his truck pulled in and a new set of tires installed. I even asked if he had an appointment which he answered no he was a walk in just like myself. This is why I will possibly start using Firestone or NTB from now on.

Made an appointment to get new tires. I arrived on time and paid for the tires. I was told it would be 45 minutes so I went to a nearby store to kill time. When I returned to check on the car, the associate handed me the wrong keys. He had to go look for my keys and found them in the installation area. I was washing my car today and noticed the front right tire looked like my old tire. Well, it was. They did not install my new tires! Now I have to go back to get the tires I paid for installed. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Rude service and lies. Told a tire was in store only to drive all the way there to wait for it to come off of a truck. Good hour waiting on break from work. Kevin was a total jerk about the whole thing. Will never return to this location again!! Do yourself a favor and go the location in beaumont near home depot.

Came in to patch a flat, it was too close to sidewall so we put a new tire on it. Great service. However, Im mainly writing this review due to Kyle. Kyle is a star employee and running the whole show. He is courteous, gives clear and easy to understand information, and very polite. Yall were packed and he had customers moving right along.

They called and asked about my rims cause they are rhino lined and said if you want us to keep going I said go for it. Just don’t scratch deep in my rim. Because I can just get the paint re sprayed. Well this happened so if u actually like your rims don’t bring them here. Worst experience. Plus they couldn’t air up my tires cause they were 35’s or some bs. So they kept my truck over night and had no choice to get a hotel. DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE!!!

Went in for a tire balance and rotate. Waited 3 minutes to pull my truck in. Whole process took 20 minutes. Everything was done correct and accurate.

I when to get a new tire and rim.The gentleman that sold the tire and rim was friendly and helpful and told me it would take about 45 min for the job to be done.Over an hour and half I went up to the desk to ask about my car.Another guy at the desk went to look for my keys and said oh here they are,someone should have called your name owell here they have a good day.He would not even tell me why no one would call my name out instead of just making me wait for almost an extra hour.Just a bad experience.

1.5 hours to check to see if a tire had something in it and air up the other 3. Only 3 cars in front of me! Slower that’s Christmas! Knew I should have gone to the Beaumont store on stagg.

Was so mad when I was in line for a solid 5 to 8 minutes no one asked me if I needed or had been helped. I women walks in goes straight up to the counter at the end were someone had been on the phone. I tried to tell the lady I was in line and she completely ignored me. The man that was in front of me that is now being help even said something. Again she ignored it and continued to tell the teller what she needed help with. I personally feel like it was the tellers place to ask her to wait in line. But to me it looked like he didnt want to make a seen so he just went with it. Me and the gentleman in front of me couldnt believe she was able to do this. Just very unprofessional.

I have been a loyal customer at this location for years but thats over, not only did they damage my wheels but I brought it back for rotation and they stole my chrome valve stem covers and put cheap little rubber ones in there place and I didnt notice until some time later . Its a small thing but shows you what there business morals are, I wont ever go to any of there stores ever again, just lost a good customer!!!!!!

Quick and reasonably priced. Seems like they could accommodate most rims there. The only thing I could note was the amount of old tire parts strewn about the parking lot. Not a big deal but not the best look either.

After having bought my last several sets of tires from Discount I have now bought my last set of tires from Discount Tire. I will never agsin spend so much as another penny with them. Sure they have great prices and promise to rotate and patch your tires for free but when you bring your vehicle in and try to take them up on their word they come up with some BS reason why they cant honor their promise. This has happened to me on atleast 3 occasions. This last time, emphasis on LAST, I brought my truck to them to have a tire patched. They refused to patch it because I had already plugged it with the reason being the patch wont seal then proceeded to sell me a replacement🤣 Yea I plugged it, I was on the side of the road and needed to get home🤬 So I took it to another shop and paid to have it patched and it has been leak free ever since!! Discount Tire is full.of empty promises they have no intention of ever honoring, plain and simple!!

I LOVE the additional tire insurance/protection plan that you can purchase for each tire and have used it extensively in the past when my tires have been damaged by hitting potholes, curbs, and/or flats due to punctures from nails, screws, and the many other road hazard creating stray materials that find their way onto our roadways, parking lots, and highway shoulders and are common to our area because of the prevalent construction industry in our community.

Good Price on Tires that were not in stock had them next day waited for two hours before they got them mounted.

Awesome experience! Im a musician and I had a blowout on the way to a gig. AAA couldnt get me a tow truck sooner than 3 hours! I was in a huge rush. I called discount tire to see if they had my tire in stock and if they could recommend a tow service. John was great! In a half an hour I had a tow truck (Reyes Towing - also great!) and once I got to Discount Tire they had me out of there in about 20 minutes! Thank you, John and Chris.

I went to get tires rotated and balanced. Had a young man tell me my tires were dry rotted by the date on the ticket when I purchased themTelling me he couldnt do it. I didnt want them broke down. Just rotated and balanced. Well going back today talk to manager. I have bought many tires there and dont need a 20 yr old with little experience telling me like I know nothing about tires.. Well see today when I see who ever runs this store. Not happy

Great place and they always take care of me. I highly recommend getting an appointment or else youll be waiting a really long time. With an appointment you schedule your time and they are done quickly. If youre not able to schedule an appointment and you have someone that can come pick you up that is also another great idea. Salesman was polite and to the point. Helped me find among what they had in stock a good set of rims and the ideal tires to go along with them. Also at an ideal price matched to another set of tires that were my first choice but they did not have it in store. Went in two days later for the job to be done and within only 30 minutes I was out of the door. Clearly I got lucky and come in on a slow day since the prior day I was there to discuss price they had a full house. So yeah everything went perfectly fine just like it was supposed to.Here is where they failed though. Finalization. You have a customer getting brand new tires and rims, but you let him drive away with dirty tires and rim. It would have taken a quick spray of water and maybe some of those compounds to make the tire extra black. Maybe a extra minute of work to make it a perfect job. As long as they learn to finalize and they threat every other customer like they did with me than I would never see myself going anywhere else.

Happy with service. If you get a nail in your tire they fix it for free, even if you didnt purchase tires from them. Theyre always busy so go early or be prepared to wait or leave your car and pick up later.

Just be careful community. Even though your tires still in good condition,they said it not safe to rotate. They then recommend you some of the top of the lines tires. Of course its cost more. People come to discount tires not lexus tires. Overrated place. Gotta spend your hard working money right place.God blessed!

2 new tires to put on took 10:30 to 1pm. Did not air tires evenly with the new tires. Left 1 lug nut off they lost. Had to drive back over to get a lug that didnot match. Ask them to air tires. Had to go to dealership and purchase a new nut. Very disappointed in Discount tire Port Arthur. They need to pay more attention.

Great customer service, but the wait sometimes is to long. I that people should be given an appointment time tf you are have all four tires and rims replaced. Needs to hire someone to strictly take payments and notify customer that there vehicle or tire is ready for pickup. Was told to come back in an hour and a half to pickup tires that had a flat, called to see if it was ready and they told me no, give them another hour. I understand they are busy, but do t make promises for times and dont keep them especially if the person is traveling.

Usually great service. Today as I was watching them Rotate and Balance my tires and wheels all they did was shuffle them around and Not balance them. The 2 front tires, they just rolled them directly to the back without going anywhere near the balancing machine. I told the salesman and he talked to the tech which at that time the tech knew that someone was actually paying attention to what he was doing. Maybe the manager was gone today.

Stopped in to correct one suspect tire that became unbalanced after a patch job at another DCT location in the Houston area just a few days ago. Chris was very friendly, professional, and offered to balance all four of my tires free of charge in the heat of rush hour - around 4:00PM when most people are able to get off work and visit the store. Thats customer service and why I will remain faithful to DCT for all tire needs.

Decent prices! If you buy your tires there they rotate them for you free every 5000 miles. I was surprised that they also checked the balance while rotating them! Its a busy place so its best to make an appointment.

Who were 1st 4 here? Each took one of the 4, the rest entered the store. I told the nice, young man, Repair my flat, place spare back in rack, secure. Inspect and replace all tires that need replacing. Check and repair all tire sensors and clear computer.He said that he would pull it in. I went inside the, rapidly filling, waiting room, sat down and waited. 8:38 they drove my car around. Mr. McCoy, you are good to go. All tires are safe. Sensors are working, spare back in rack. No charge.Now that is how to do business. But yes, the wait can be 4 hours later in the day.

To notch shop. For a large chain, these guys have gone out of their way to help me a couple of times. To boot, they have the best prices on tires even against Sams, Tire Rack, Amazon, and other local shops.

I like this place. They know about tires. I just got a flat repaired. They accidentally misplaced a tire I was wanting to keep for a spare. If they find this or replace it with serviceable tire of same size...they get 5 stars.

The service is awful. They will stay on the phone for 30 minutes while you are standing in the shop to give them your business, but they rather service someone on the phone not knowing if they will purchase anything at all. Its not well ran at all. They act like your business doesnt matter. Appointments are a joke over there.

I highly recommend this place. Over the years I have purchased tires here for three of my cars and once they repaired a leaking tire. I come here routinely to rotate and rebalance my tires, rotation and balance included for the life of the tire. One set of Yocahamas I purchased here and had done routine rotation and balance still have a smooth ride after 65,000+ miles although thread depth is low now (tires were only rated for 45,000 miles, so this is really good).Because they can get very busy sometimes, I usually drop my car off and pick it up later.

Absolutely outstanding! I am from Hickory NC. I bought 4 rims from my home location. I moved here. I needed to honor my warranty for a rim that needed replacing. My rims were discontinued. They offered to put 4 brand new rims on my Infiniti for no cost. They were very similar and even more expensive than what I paid originally. Ive never seen such great customer service. We have used Discount Tire forever for all of our vehicles. We had a flat in the middle of nowhere and had to plug the tire ourselves. Took the car in to get tires rotated and the tire patched and they refused to touch the tire that had the plug (new tire by the way and plug was in the tread not sidewall) Said we could buy a new one and they would rotate. Lost a customer!

Came into the store wanting my tire patched up. My driver rear tire was punctured after a five hour drive from North Texas. Walked into the store with pretty much all the sales representatives chatting with each other. I wasn’t greeted even after walking up to the guy and making eye contact.I started the exchange of words by telling the associate that I needed my tire patched. He responded by telling me there was going to be a three hour wait and if I wanted to wait in the lobby.After a five hour drive, I was not going to sit around for another three hours. I called around, found Firestone down the highway. I got the tire checked for wall damage and patched up in less than an hour.
