Dont go off the internet home page as far as hours of operations, store was closed and posted on door at 6pm not 8pm as updated by store on their website just a week ago....wasted a 30min drive

They go the extra mile for their customers. I needed balloons for a party and it was too late to order online. I called to order them, but they did not take payment over the phone. The salesperson pulled the balloons and had everything ready so when I arrived and paid, she got them ready quickly.

First time in that location I walked in their employees just looked never said welcome to party City how can I help you.. lady on register never spoke just rung up my item.. no have a good day thanks nothing customer service is very important Ill take my chances else where thats sad‼️

Absolutely LOVE this store. The staff, although obviously new, is amazingly friendly and seem to enjoy their work. The store is not over-cluttered. Great asset to the city!

I have never in my life been profiled until today. My sister called me into the store to help pick out a costume for her sons program tomorrow, so I picked one. We opened up the costume to look at it and took the other two costumes back to its rightful spot. As we are walking back to the front of the store the manager is standing at the door speaking into his radio and the sales associate comes to the counter to ring her items up. She then takes the item back out of the packaging to check through it and he goes back to the isle we were on to see if anything was missing. I had recently called the store to see if they had the costume before going to the store and the sales clerk said they did and I told her I was on my way there. It would have been much better if hed approached us and got to the point.

I love party city haha!! I like getting the candy. There is s section where you can fill up your basket with as much as you like and its only 10 cent a piece!! Which is stinking awesome! There is decorations for all types of parties no matter the age young or old. Even for 100th bday. So ni Ave limits here for sure and EVERT theme you can imagine.
