Much like most other things in this trash city, this Starbucks bathroom fit right in. Trash. The most disgusting Starbucks bathroom EVER, maybe the most disgusting bathroom ever. Bad as Walmart.

Waited in line behind other unhappy costumers for about 10 minutes, finally walked to the back and found an employee and asked for help and she just walked away,. Not a good way to run a business

Drive thru service was fine without a long wait, the latte was standard. What was shocking was how dirty and trash filled the grounds were. Litter everywhere - beer bottles, plastic bags, plastic cups, cigarette butts, etc. The area right up to the pick up window looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. How bad is the inside if this is what greets you as soon as you enter the property? Disgusting

Heads up, there’s ALWAYS a long drive-thru line but it is for good reason. Excellent customer service and quick!

This would be the third time I try to get Starbucks from this location and walked out without anything . It amazes me how bad there customer service is but Starbucks doesn’t care and it’s obvious either does there employees!

Worse place ever!! The manager was super rude and they did not know to make a simple order. They need to upgrade their staff ASAP! And not to mention she took over 30 min to do a refund while people was waiting online.

3 workers and literally in the same spot in line for 24 minutes. They’re just taking their time taking about new year celebrations. It’s very irritating

I am just concerned about the way they cleaned the tube that goes into the cup when making a latte. I watched the employee of Starbucks at Target wipe the tube with a sanitary wipe instead of a rag. The sanitary wipe is like a lysol wipe or clorox wipe. That tube goes in your latte when they are making it. Just concerned about that method because of chemicals on the wipe. Maybe the employee doesnt know that you shouldnt do that. Hopefully, by sending this review, someone will tell her not to do this.

The Dowlen road starbucks is very fast & they make my special caramel mickie just right each & every time also my frappuccinos. Just love the lemon pound cakes.

I checked online and it said it was open till 9. It was 7:30 and it was closed. Not the first time this has happened
