I would give them a -1 rating if google allowed it and I normally always give at least a 4/5 rating for every business. Horrible customer service especially with the pharmacy over the phone.Also the staff is unbelievably rude! The worst!

The shopping experience was okay. The management that is there right now, their people skills have alot to be desired. They have alot to learn when it come to how to make customers feel that they are appreciated and feel welcomed into the store instead of trying to rush them out forcing them to use the self-check out register. Just a little food for thought for your corporate administrators from a loyal C.V.S. Shopper!!!
I have pain medication that my insurance paid for that my doctor order. For my c section pain after having a baby it’s been three days my medicine was suppose to be there and it’s not. They keep saying “ it’s over the counter medicine” I explained to them no my doctor order it to be there and my insurance covered it. I asked them to cancel the order and see if another cvs have it so I can get my medicine and not be in pain they hung up on me. I will be switching pharmacy tomorrow and speaking to a supervisor.
My sons doctor sent over an prescription at 430pm I wanted two hours before going to the pharmacy after 30 minutes of waiting in the drive through they told me it wasn’t ready that it would be 30-45 mins I waited about 1 hr and 30 minutes before going back when I did arrive I was. Informed that my child medication was still not ready and to swing around and get back in line and it would be ready the wait in the line was over 30 min
If I could give this place a 0 I would I waited in line for my covid test for an entire hour just to hear that they have no tests left the lady was extremely rude about it as well she said I’d have to make a whole new appointment I laughed and said I’ll never come here again.
Super rude staff. I would skip this store.
Im sorry, but everytime I go to pickup prescriptions / either its takes them 20 minutes to find it / or they are out of that kind of medicine / its a big hassle / company insurance / I wish I didnt have to go there at all /
Worst customer service at the pharmacy very rude staff
My doctors office sent over my refill several times. The first time cvs said they denied it. The doctor sent it over 2 more times. CVS said they never received it. They sent it over again yesterday and called them. CVS said they didn’t send it over or call. The doctors office told me they have had this problem with this pharmacy with other patients. I also had another doctors office call in a separate prescription to them last month 3 times. I finally had them send it over to Walgreens. Walgreens received it and had it ready the same day. Not sure what is going on with this location but I am switching all mine and my husband’s prescriptions to Walgreens.
It has a 24 hour drive through pharmacy. The Pharmacists and staff are always helpful and friendly.

When you call you listen to music for hours. I call and no one answer was on the phone since 5:30pm till 6:00pm. And noone answer the phone. I have call every 30 minutes and noone answer.The staff is not friendly at all.

At approximately 10:30pm I had a dr send a prescription to be filled at an urgent level. Meaning to be filled pretty quickly. I waited at home until about 11:30pm because I still hadn’t received the text that CVS sends when my prescriptions are ready. When I called it stated the two prescriptions would be ready at 12:18am. I pulled into the drive thru at 12:17am in a pretty good amount of pain. The pharmacist informs me that they weren’t ready and it would be at least another 20 mins. So I sat in the drive thru because no one was behind me. Watching her from my car I realize she is annoyed and comes back over the speaker and tells me to move, that I can’t sit there. The last time I was here there was a creepy man that was lingering in the front of the store, while oddly enough the pharmacy staff argued over who had to go tell him to leave and fought over if they should call the cops or not... where she now wanted me and my three children to wait IN THE DARK. The lighting use to be terrible in the front. I have also recently read several posts about men sitting and lingering around this location on social media. It is a real thing. So uncomfortable w driving around and sitting there, I ask if I can stay until someone comes behind me, then I would pull around if that happened. Again, VERY CLEARLY ANNOYED... because I can see her, she comes back over the speaker and says NO! I NEED IT CLEAR. So, I have now waited the full 20+mins... still in pain... in the Taco Bell parking lot, next to a PA Police watching to see just how many people pulled through and wouldn’t you know... NO ONE! I own a retail shop of my own. I would have never asked a woman w her three children to wait elsewhere when I have to feel like it was only because she was annoyed. Customer service is terrible. I haven’t been pleased here in a long time. Please, if you are someone who works w the pharmacist let her know WE CAN SEE THE WAY YOU REACT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. It is after all glass we are looking through. I have had a few really fabulous ladies I have worked w in the past here... none the pharmacists but non the less very helpful. This pharmacist is flat out rude. 🤷🏼♀️Added to this... I went through and it was ready in the 20+ mins she needed to fill it. Awesome right! What do you know... not even a “Thank you for choosing CVS or Thanks or even a GET LOST!” So rude. I don’t care if you have had a bad day or you lost your dog. You are educated. Learn how to leave your attitude at the front door. 🙄 Some one should also remind her that with out these annoying customers SHE WOULDN’T have a job during this PANDEMIC! 🤷🏼♀️

I dont even want to put a star but I have to to post my review. Negative for Beth, Operations Manager. Picks and choices what she wants to do. When questioned she lies. When she got caught in lie tells me I dialed wrong number. I had spoke to someone else in the store a hour before and redialed the number that she answered; same store location, same phone number. In her words she doesnt give a damn what web site says. Then said you can leave or discuss this. When said wanted to discuss she said she wasnt discussing anything.
They always want to argue. I spent over half an hour in the drive thru and the lady kept arguing with my mom who was just wanting to switch to a different brand of the same medication because she’s allergic to the other and the women up and down argued about every little thing the whole time. We always end up waiting forever, over 20 minutes the longest was over an hour, because all of the pharmacists there I’ve met always throw a fit, roll their eyes, cuss, or just refuse to give you your medication because you argued back with them. I’m switching to H-E-Bs pharmacy. Screw this place.
Trash pharmacy! if your insurance is accepted @walgreens go there instead better customer service and better drugs manufactures. always have a difficult time there. one time I asked the pharmacist what they recommend for allergy symptom guess what they recommended and i am not lying here.... miralax, a laxative. they are rude and evil who would want to recommend a laxative for allergies. like did you go to pharmacy school or arts school???!!!!
It’s like the pharmacy staff is oblivious to the fact that people come to them for their medicine because they NEED it. Thank god the medicine I need is only to keep me healthy during pregnancy and not a life-saving medicine, because if it was I’d be dead last Wednesday. If they tell you they need a new prescription from your doctor and that they will reach out to them for you, do the work yourself because these guys don’t want to do their jobs. I’ve been waiting for this medicine since Monday, was told it would be ready by Wednesday and heard absolutely NOTHING from them as far as follow up or when it was supposed to be ready. Why? They simply didn’t do it, and here I am having to wait until Monday, a full week from refill time, to even talk to them since they currently have 20 people on hold on the phone (they won’t answer) and a line backed up through the store. DO YOUR JOB. Peoples lives are at risk for your laziness.

My son was not feeling well, and his doctor called in prescription that needed to be filled immediately. They did just that in the pharmacy while I waited. They are always nice and helpful and swamped with people, so I understand why I have to wait from time to time. But, when I needed them to expedite this due to the situation, they did it. Im grateful!
I called in Thursday morning April 18 to CVS at 9 am to refill prescription and was told they had to contact my doctor. I went to check Saturday afternoon at 4 pm as I had not heard from them. I was 2 days without my medicine for arthritis problems and was told they haven’t talked to my doctor yet. This is a medicine I have been getting from them for over a year and I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I then asked for a couple days loaners and the pharmacist Bridgette N Friday told me I need to wait til Monday. I explained that my joints would swell and hurt without my doctors prescription and again she said I would have to wait. I am 60 years old and never been treated so terribly by a person who is supposed to be a professional. I would recommend to everyone stay away from this pharmacy and pharmacist. This is TERRIBLE Customer Service !!
Did the drive-up testing. Website states that it will take 2-4days for results. It has been 9 days and still nothing. Very frustrating. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
I was called to pick up a prescription, once i walked up to window i was not acknowledged from representatives behind counter that looked me directly in the face not once but a couple of times. Someone standing behind me was asked to come to counter then i was told i will be right with you. An elderly white lady working on floor came around to assist with apologies. Very kind. Then come to find out the prescription i was called about to pick up was put back and i was asked to wait till it was refilled.
Girl in pharmacy very rude. Would not take the time to set me up on a,new CVS card. Girl in the front was very nice and helpful.
The store is brightly lit, nice music is playing over the speakers. The store seems to be somewhat busy but everyone that needs to be helps has been.
Always quick and Profesional. Im able to get in and get every time Im here. My life is extremely busy so anything that makes it easier is greatly appreciated.

The slowest drive thru for prescriptions hour + wait normaly. Rest of store is fine normal cvs. UsallUs just one person up front at register so pretty slow there asweas .
Drive thru line is always long. When I call to check on my prescription they dont answer the phone. Its ridiculous that my Dr office is 30 mins away and on my way home I stop to get meds for kiddos and its still not ready and have to wait till later that afternoon.
I don’t live in town. I live 20 minutes away. So when I drop off my RX, I would like to wait for it. But I got told I wasn’t allowed to wait for my adderall because they had to verify the RX with my Dr. I’m a pharmacy technician for Walgreens and I know for a fact there is nothing wrong with that RX. I’m so angry that I now have to find an hour to kill time. The girl that took my prescription was very rude and unprofessional. I only fill here because of my dads insurance.
The employees are unfriendly and the efficiency of this store is comparable to airports. In other words its awful. My insurance is the only reason im filling here
Today ., 10/22/18 at 5:45 pm, the lady from drop off pharmacy was rude. she hollored at me when i asken her how much it would cost for my med, . she should not be upfront if she doesnt have patient. definitely will not go back to this store.
This is the worse CVS I have ever been to. If you call about a prescription you are left on hold anywhere from 15-30 minutes . It takes the next day to get a script filled. The employees are not friendly at all . ( Drive thru) . The times that I have been inside the store, the checkout clerks spend the entire checkout process discussing their weekend plans with one another . If you pay attention to the grounds outside, there is always trash all in the parking lots . Broken down vehicles, and the awning area to the drive thru is all green and nasty . Not sure who the manager is over this store, but its obvious no pride is taken in it. Definitely time to switch pharmacies
Screws up the prescriptions just about every time.One time the bottle said 30 as the quantity, I opened and counted the pills and there were only 26....the reason I did this was because before when I would refill a script I would be told it was not ready to be refilled. My medicine is three different thyroid medication. The only reason my husband and I started using this cvs was because our insurance company told us we had to fill a 90 supply at CVS and they would not cover at Walgreens.Other CVS pharmacy’s I am sure are good but I would stay away from this oneUpdate: Thank God after continuing to have problems with pharmacy or insurance company said they have an opt out program (wish they would have told us that in the first place) I was able to have my medicine transferred to Walgreens on Twin City.....so much better. I do realize all pharmacies have issue but this Walgreens has always treated me good and the manager there is so incredibly nice. Funny after having my medication transferred I received a text from the CVS saying my medicine was ready to pick up....I called them to find out what medicine it was and they told me my Levothyroxine was ready (I have not taken that medicine for 5 years). I dont know whats going on at that place all I know is I am glad I will not have to deal with them anymore!

Not helpful at all, the girl in the pharmacy keeps telling me a different story why they dont have the medicine or the supplies that we need. Told the girl that its for my pregnant wife and that we dont want to lose the twins. She told me to go somewhere else. So I will
Dropped off three prescriptions for my husband after oral surgery at 11:30 am told they would be ready at 1:30 pm went back to pick up only one could be found went to check out they only had two had to get someone to find the original script to find out they never filled the third checked out at 2:30 pm this pharmacy is critically understaffed during the day,they were very nice
Worst experience on 28th November 2017 at 8:15 pm I was doing checkout suddenly from beside counter guy came and took all the stuff back and said me that he dont want to do checkout he dont want to sell me any stuff..I was shocked whats going on then I feel that because I am a Muslim I was in hijab because of that he did this I came off from store.
Kaitlyn was very rude when my sister came to pick up her perscription. She waved her hand in my sisters face and and rudely said “I don’t need to hear that” when my sister was trying to tell her information. Then after asked why my sister put up the information that she just said she didn’t need. Very rude girl
