Ordered a birthday cookie for my wife’s birthday. They were very helpful on the phone and it was ready to go when I came to pick it up. Good food, good prices. One of the only reasons I still go to Central Mall.

Ordered a pizza cookie for my daughters birthday over the phone. I was hoping to order in person to show pictures of what I wanted, but the girl who took my order was super helpful in picking colors and making suggestions. It turned out perfect and tasted amazing!!!

I just called to order a cake for my daughter, for her birthday and the lady was so rude on the phone and told me the cake wouldn’t be ready till sometime tomorrow afternoon and I told her it’s OK I’ll try somewhere else, thank you and she hung up on me. I can’t believe a business would allow an employee to treat customers so disrespectfully.

Ordered the birthday cookie just how I needed and the decorator was super helpful in tieing the whole idea together! LOVED IT!

I ordered a cake 3 weeks before my daughters birthday and paid at the same time but when I am picking it up, they did not have it. They have to make it on that day and have to wait for 30 minutes and no apology is given to me.
