Good golly! From the moment the automatic doors open releasing a scent Im sure was brought straight from heaven,I was hooked! Every aisle promises something more wonderful than the last. Sales are throughout the store. The clearance section was amazing and the deals were plenty. In short, Ive found my utopia. Pure bliss.

Hobby Lobby is always great but I went to the Port arthur location today and everyone was so nice. The store was very organized and clean and it seemed like everything was either 40 Or 50 percent off!! I will definitely be going back for more purchases.

Fun store but so tiring. Not handicap friendly. You will walk the store in pain or get pushed in a wheelchair. The store cares not about you shopping in comfort in a motorized buggy

Good place for the creative person

We had a terrible experience with the rudest cashier. She was so rude and rough with our stuff. We bought a bunch of fake flowers and she just about ripped them to shreds ringing them up. Geez. It was ridiculous. Do not recommend this store.

Absolutely horrible service. The cashiers are so incredibly slow and showed zero initiative. And the manager just stood by the door instead of jumping in: either opening up another register or helping the girls at the currently open registers. He just stood there watching them work at a snails pace. Never been In a hobby lobby that had poor service. Sad.

I live 35 minutes from my nearest hobby lobby and I have fibromyalgia which means I have to do everything literally when Im physically able. I drove 35 minutes there today only to be told I couldnt shop for 2 more hours because I am only 55 years old but I was welcome to wait in the vestibule for 2 hours! Nothing against seniors! I am disabled. The parking lot was completely empty and 2 workers and a manager were leaning on the front register! The store was open but void of customers. I have spent over $300 in there this week creating new doll patterns! These days it is easier to just order online but I try to shop local when I can. After this mess I will make sure to bring my business elsewhere for a good long time! Absolutely no reason I could not grab what I needed in the open Empty store! Sit in the vestibule for 2 hours? Yeah right!

The store was super clean and organized even with all the commotion going on of the Christmas sale they were having. All the workers were very friendly and were working hard.

If you want christmas decorations in August, this is the place for you. They have every thing you can think of. From traditional to whimsical.I enjoy the craft section, and my wife enjoys the flowers and wall decor.Love that theyre closed on Sundays

Everything is in its place and you can easily find what you are looking for, theres a ton of stuff just for hobbies like painting, sewing, building airplanes and etc..... If you need to redecorate your home, this is the place to go. Hobby Lobby has a selection based on themes and different styles. What I love the most is that every week certain things in the store are 50% off, and every week you can use a 40% off coupon on something that is not on sale. Love this place!

My house has Hobby Lobby every where!! Only place I go for home decor and for flowers. I have 3 grave sites I buy flowers for and they are beautiful and Last through the weather. The atmosphere is so peaceful in the store.

Freaking awesome. But not sure if theyre theft rate has gone up because every time I turned around it seemed like an employee was watching me in an odd way. Not offering help . I spent a couple hundred dollars that day even. But lucky for them they have awesome products so the employees demeanor doesnt matter to me
