They lost my wedding band! Sent in 4 items got back 3. They gave me the run around for 3 to 4 weeks when I started questioning why 3 of my items were received and 1 was mysteriously still being repaired. Mind you all I was getting was rhodium plating. Zales had no remorse over losing something so sentimental, they acted like it was no big deal handed me a replacement like that justified anything. Im devastated Zales took away a piece of one of the most important days of my life!
The ladies here were incredibly helpful; they were able to print what we needed in order to get our rings properly inspected and sent off for replating. Also spent a lot of time with me and my wife helping us think of a ring for us to get for our anniversary. :)
Yea less than a star sums it up... Had my ring less than 2 weeks and 2 diamonds fell out.. Took it back wanted my money back since I paid cash. Was told I had to put it on my debit card or be issued a check..The attitude from the girls behind counter was awful and rude. I bought a necklace at the same time I adore but the manner I was treated Ive decided I will return it tomorrow as well for in the future I dont want to deal with this store and sales ladys anymore..disgusted!!!
Very bad service. The woman who I worked with was little to no help. She wanted to add more fees to my purchase. She had a terrible attitude and made it seem that I should’ve been grateful to buy from her.
If I could give less than one star I would. First of all the service was terrible. I bought an expensive watch for my fiancé and a week later it came apart in several places, fell off her hand and broke. I brought it back and they sent it off to have it fixed and told me it would take 1 week. Here it is 2 months later and I still have nothing.
Staff is great and very friendly! Overall great store :)
