This lids is absolutely unprofessional in every way that can possibly be described. So this is what happened to me, so the first trip I made to lids was for a hat that I wanted to get Embroidery And I have left the hat I wanted to get embroidery and the hat that I had already gotten Embroidered before at lids in Parkdale Mall Along time ago as a sample for them to copy the design I want it for the new head I want to get embroidered. The only reason I did not get the hat embroidered at Parkdale is because their machine was broken so they sent me to PA to get my hat done. So the first trip I had to leave a hats With them because one of the employees said they cannot download the design I wanted And I was to have to wait for the manager tomorrow to do that and get it embroidered, so that was Absolutely understandable. The second trip I made to Lids was for me to pick up the hats they were promised that they were going to be done the next day. I came in and the manager has not even started on the hats and to add onto that she can’t even find the hats in a small store? So I end up leaving The hats the second day and I was gonna come back again. The third time I came they said the house has fell into a trashcan and they cannot find it they have been trashed out already so this is where all hell broke loose. I just don’t understand how a company can be this unprofessional About the situation. They act like it wasn’t their fault they kept promising me and the promise was never done or kept which is very upsetting for anyone that’s a go through what I went through. So now I have lost two hats and three trips to lids in one week. There’s no other way how I can describe how crazy angry I feel about this so no I don’t recommend anything from lids ever again from this point on.
