Jack Herbert is, well, a crackerjack at bodywork, if youll pardon the pun. I had a somewhat unusual challenge for him and his crew -- I had a palm tree decide to plant itself right across the top of my SUV. I just got it back and its better than it was before the tree fell on it. Great work!

My passenger rear fender was damaged. Jack gave me a great price and fixed the vehicle in two days as promised. Car looks great!!!! I would of given him 5 stars. However, it’s been a week or so and not sure how the paint job will hold up within the next couple of years. He said he would honor and guarantee his work. After getting bids from most of the auto body shops in the area, Jack at Savon came in with the most work done for the most reasonable price, with a 5-year warranty. I chose from a vast array of colors, he wrote up the work order, and we sealed the deal with his word and a handshake, just like in the good ol days. The next thing I knew, I had a gorgeous, shiny, like-new carriage awaiting me. Jack and his gang went out of their way to make my truck look incredible, and I couldnt be more impressed with their work. Jack is a man of a little less talk and a lot more action, and one of those people who takes pride in their word and workmanship. I highly recommend Savon Auto Body. I brought my 1989 Honda Accord in for some minor work on the bumper and passenger side headlight assembly. Jack quoted me $600 and I was to buy the parts myself as they can be difficult to find. After the work was completed, the charges were $900 from Jack, and the shop even kept extra parts that I had given them, even though they didnt use them. Upon further inspection, it turns out they used almost none of the parts I had purchased, and instead just refinished the parts on the car (in example the passenger side headlight assembly). They also removed some parts and didnt put them back, like a plastic liner for the headlight, that will be difficult and expensive to find. The worst parts is, after the work was done, everything seems slightly off in how it all lines up. It looks ok, but not right, and certainly not worth $900. Its just not right, and it wasnt done with care. The car is an absolute classic, and in ridiculously good condition, but it seems that they just slapped everything together to get paid. Today, I am having another shop redo the work. Really disappointing and expensive experience with Savon.

STAY AWAY !!! Took my Honda Civic in for a paint job and the owner used bad primer. Paint started fading and peeling off shortly after I paid over 1 k for this service. Brought it back and complained about his shoddy workmanship and Jack confessed that other customers suffered a similar fate since he used bad primer on many vehicles that were re-painted. He offered to re-paint my automobile for free, but never took him up on his offer since my car was totalled in an accident shortly thereafter. So Jack got away with ripping me off.
