I have received flowers from your business many times in the past and have always been very happy with the quality. I was a pt in Fawcett hospital this week and received some flowers from my son and daughter in law on the day I was admitted. They were very nice on the night I received them but by the next afternoon and were wilting badly. As I had emergency surgery, I was not able to say anything sooner, but have not been able to with recovery.I am hoping that this doesn’t occur again. I called and spoke with Francine to order a special floral bouquet for a co-working going through a mastectomy. The flowers delivered to Fawcett Memorial hospital and they were gorgeous, exactly what I asked for in a low vase so that she could see the flowers and the tv. Received a beautiful arrangement from my son on Saturday for Mothers day and they havent lasted a week. I must say Im disappointed. I was already taking hydrangeas out by Tuesday. I thought it might have just been just that color but then the roses started drooping. I was told by the delivery person no special care was needed just water. Its really sad because they were so pretty.

Yes, their flowers are always gorgeous. My problem is this I called in for the personal service I usually get and was directed to their website. I am out of state calling in for the personal service to a LOCAL florist to send my mother for flowers. If I have to use a website then I might as well go to FTD site or 1800 flowers. Here I was trying to give a local business my business and I got the snub. What if I was no good at computers?? Yikes-bad choice.

Very disappointed. My sister ordered flowers the day prior for my dad’s viewing in a funeral . She received the small blue sympathy floor basket instead of the bigger blue sympathy standing basket. It came without the bow and no banner with a message on it. We didn’t want the message written in a card .
