I went in looking for 2 different things.. in a rush bc i was running late for work. I have naturally straight hair and just want some curls.. Saramei was busy doing som3thing but stopped, just to come up to me and ask if i needed help. I told her about my hair but also about what else i was looking for. Lets just say my hair curls now and my gifts were loved by the person i got them for. Thank you so much Saramei for your help!

The workers stand around talking. They didnt have the product I needed. I finally had 2 get someone 2 help me. Not friendly or helpful. Ive been a customer for decades. The old Sallys was much better I knew the manager there it was a much better staff back then

One star is to much for the customer service thats offered. Sale items thats are displayed are not really on sale.

Nice to have a closer store to Punta Gorda. Helpful staff once I was at the register.
