Great selection and inventory. Bought Trek Verve 2 bikes for my wife and I. Spoke with Tony on the phone before going to the store. He had put together one of the bikes before we got there, and had both bikes together on the showroom floor waiting for us! Great customer service! This is our 2nd pair of Trek bicycles, couldnt be happier with them!

Found the bike I was looking for here. I drove 2 hours to get there. Everyone there where very friendly. I was not just business to them. I was encouraged to ask any questions I might have. Told them we where staying the night and was suggested good place to visit and stay.Highly recommend stopping by there for your next bike.A little advice. Test ride the bike you want to buy. They highly suggested I try out the bike first and I declined. I believe I should have bought a medium bike instead of large. But I insisted I did not need to try it out first. I am close to the middle of medium and large so the bike still works great for me.Other then that the trek bike is awesome. I weight 255 lbs and this bike is rock solid.

They did a great job of helping me choose the right bike, accessories, and plans. I liked how he helped me understand how to keep my new bike in great condition. Buying this bicycle was a relaxed and pleasant experience. Thank you!

We came to receive our Trek Domane SL6 and Emonda SL6 at Trek Port Charlotte. This Trek store is clean and organized. Staffs here went beyond and above to help the customer. Tony is professional, knowledgeable, details and patient. He spent a great amount of time to explain the bikes features and helped to fit the new bikes to our size. He also helped us to select the correct accessories and get a long term service plan which we thought is a great plan. Bill is a nice gentleman and friendly, helpful. Lynn called me a few times to let me know the status of my new bike. She is amazing, a valuable staff. Neil, a service technician, is also a very nice person that took time to explain details the plan that I was not familiar with and he is a pleasant person, flexible, reasonable when I making appointment for the service. In our opinion, Trek store Port Charlotte is an exceptional store with excellent service, price is appropriate. We are very impressed. We would highly recommend this store.

I want to thank the staff at bicycle center of portcharlotte for helping me out once again today!!!! I stopped by unannounced on my bike with a very concerning matter. I was met at the door by one of the employees Gary. In a matter of minutes Gary examined my bike and assured me everything was fine. I was impressed with His years of knowledge!!!!! I was ready to leave and the manager on duty Adam stopped and made sure I was 100% satisfied!!!! I want to thank both of these employees for being there to help no questions asked!!!!! I just love my trek bike btw!!!!!!

I bought a new bike (new to me) yesterday and had a great experience. Lynn helped me and she was wonderful. It was great to chat with another Red Sox fan and I felt comfortable doing business with someone from home (MA). Its not the first time Ive ever been in there and every time Ive been in there I had like an oddball thing I needed and every single time both times I should say they went digging to find something I needed and the young mechanic he didnt give up right away and sure enough you found what I needed and I was able to do a quick repair on my roommates bike so she can cruise around yeah them guys dont play games that place is immaculate its got some awesome crazy stuff little out of my price range half of it but some cool stuff at all the guys working there are absolutely right on the money

Great service. Gary handled a warranty issue, kept me posted on progress, and only had the bike 1 day to install new shifter, cable, hood and fix issue with rear cassette and freewheel.

Port Charlotte Bicycle Center has been our bike shop for over 10 years. Great service, products and staff. We purchased our Cannon bikes, Shimano bike shoes and other products. Their very knowledgeable staff explains things in language we can understand, whether how 2 shift gears properly or repairing something on our own if out on the road. The Saturday evening family friendly CHILL RIDE is fun for all ages.

The service here is great! They ask a lot of questions and recommend a bike based on your needs and what they think will fit you. They give you choices and take you outside to really test ride the bike before you buy it. Great expert service!

I have been coming to Bicycle Center of Port Charlotte since 1982. The shop has fantastic selection of bikes and a dynamite service center. I own both a road bike and comfort hybrid bike and the staff has serviced my two bikes for years. The people at Bicycle Center care about riders and can provide for a variety of cyclists needs.

Purchased a bike and a rack there today.Adam was very helpful and easy to talk to. I will continue to do business with those people for a long time to come.

As soon as I walked into the store for the first time I was greeted and asked if I needed help. The girl working there wasn’t sure if my question so he asked another gentleman to help me. He introduced himself and help me find what I was looking for. When I paid for my purchase I worked with another employee who was also friendly and helpful. They had several bikes and seemed to be knowledgeable in servicing bikes. They could’ve had more accessories in stock, i.e. lights. I’ll return here for future purchases and/or service, even though there’s a bike shop where I live in Englewood.

Considering the scarcity of bikes and bike accessories/parts at this time, it was refreshing to be able to get a pair of road shoes for SPD pedals in stock. Priced right and the service was great.

Great place with great people. Willing to take the time and effort to ensure you know what you want. Took 5 bikes for a test ride (5-10 min each) to compare different styles. The customer appreciation was evident from the moment we walked in. Asked us a few questions and eliminated 80% of their inventory and showed us only the ones she thought we were interested in. Had us test ride even the ones she knew we did not want to show us the difference. Such a difference after visiting Louie down the street who was rude, obnoxious and acted like we were a pain in his backside because we were there looking at bicycles!

This is a great service oriented company. They service what they sell.

Rob is the manager there and he is very knowledgeable. His customer service was excellent. I needed a quote for insurance purposes and he had me in and out the door in less than an hour. I had to leave my bike at two different bike shops for at least one week each. My bike is my main source of transportation. I will never take it anywhere else. Thanks guys excellent job

I have had better experiences in this shop than in any other bike shop I have been too. The staff is helpful and not constantly trying to sell me something. They also don’t talk down to me like many other bike shop employees do. Overall this is my favorite bike shop to go in.

Dont go in this bike store they dont give you info about bike inner tube velve i got a wrong inner tube they should ask what kind of velve i was looking for and they dont have warranty

We went to browse on a Tues night and picked up our 2 new Trex bikes wed afternoon. Kim and her crew are the best. They are knowledgeable professionals who make you feel like youve known then foreva!. Wicked awesome experience!

Cant say enough about the team here. Wether I bring in my wifes casual 29er or my higher end 29er these folks just knock it out of the park. Brought in my Stache 8 and they not only tuned it up in under an hour but were able to solve my brake issue without hesitation. I wish I could give them more than 5 Stars. We had a good experience at Bicycle Center. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful while we made our selection—there was no pressure. My one objection was the lack of other salespersons. She was quite busy and sometimes sidetracked trying to help everyone. It was true when we bought the bikes and even more true when we went to pick them up. We had to wait quite a while even though we had called ahead to let them know when we would be there. That’s the only reason our rating is not a 5.

I called the Bicycle Center from Michigan to buy a 3 wheeler for my 91 year old mother in Northport. They took my order, built it, delivered it and showed my mom how to use it! They are fantastic! Thank you so much...my mom loves her new bike!

I had a broken derailleur that needed replaced. The replaced it and did a tune up. Its better than new. She was very informative and up front on repair costs. They have a nice variety of new bikes and parts. Ill return to purchase my next bike upgrade.

This Bicycle Center of Port Charlotte is the place to buy a bicycle or just to have your current bicycle serviced. The service is good and wait times are reasonable, but they do stay pretty busy most of the time. Need a part of your bicycle ... this is the place that either has it it stock or they can get it for you within a few days for you.

I recently had some tires changed out on my Street Strider as well as some clamps checked and tightened. Was happy to find that this shop was familiar with Street Striders. Not many are and I had a better level of comfort to have it worked on there. Found the staff to be knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Pricing was fair with no surprises. Will definitely be my go to shop from now on!!
