First time in my life I have enjoyed buying a car! So I bought 2! My son test drove a truck and found it had an issue with the air conditioning. Lou had it fixed and 2 days later my son had his truck with no added expenses! Cool Deal! While there, I also found a beautiful SUV he had on the lot under $20,000. The paperwork was easy to understand and Lou was very upfront and clear! I will recommend this place to everyone!

One star because 0 star is not an option. I purchased a 2014 Jeep on 10/02/21. I was only given one key for the Jeep but was assured that the other key will be mailed to me. Lou was the salesperson and I informed Lou that I had tags already, he informed me that he will look for them with the Tax Collector Office. He called my husband and stated that we needed to pay $299 over the phone for the tags. Later on I called Lou and asked him why did we have to pay $299 if we already have tags and he stated that he did not find them. I told him that i wished he would of called me because i could of given him all the information needed. I called the Tax Collectors office and was informed that obviously the Dealer did not ask or look for the tag because not only did i have 1 tag available but 3. Was informed by The Tax Collectors office that i would need to pay the dealer $299. and once I receive the tags will need to call the Tax Collector and schedule an appointment with the Tax Collector to get a refund for the difference. On 10/15/21 I receive the Tag but no extra key for the car. Called Lou at Mox Motors and Robert answered the phone and my husband and I asked him about the key and he stated that the Dealer Sunset Automox whom they buy the vehicles from will not mail the Key until WE MAKE THE FIRST PAYMENT with Westlake Financial. We gave a down payment of $10,000 and financed the rest. My first payment is not due until 11/3/21. So today on 10/16/21 I made the first payment so that i could get the spare key. I called Westlake Financial which is the bank that does business with Mox Motors and spoke with Deninson Varker (Supervisor in the Complaint Dept) and explained the key situation with the dealer and he informed me that he has never heard of such a thing and that the Complaint Dept will follow up with the dealership. I wish that Mox Motors would of told me that once i made my first payment then i will be mailed the key, also is this LEGAL? to be cont.......Part 2. Today at 4:53Pm I noticed that i had a missed call from Mox Motors. I called back as you can see on the enclosed pictures and said hello Lou i missed your call. How can I help you ? Lou said, I dialed your number by accident and after seeing how you misquoted me and the review you left i have nothing to say to you and hung up. I was very sad because i have not misquoted anyone. If Lou was so quick to dismiss me its because this is a regular practice as to how they conduct business. Please do better, I really put one star hoping they would fix the situation. Mistakes can happen but they just dont care about their customers.

Went in to buy a car for myself and had an amazing experience with Lou. He was so helpful and found me a great car!! Exactly what I asked for. 4 doors, black and a sunroof. Decided to go back for my daughters car when she turned 16 and Lou and keelan found the perfect car for her!! Best price and low payments, super affordable for a single mom. I cannot say enough about Lou and his staff.Customer service is exceptional, no pressure, real people who DO NOT try to sell you something that is out of your budget.Today we had the pleasure of meeting Keelan, even though we showed up at 6:20 pm he never made us feel rushed . My boyfriend and I went here looking at a truck they had. He put $1000 down to hold the truck and was given permission to have it checked out by a mechanic. On the drive back from the shop, the truck stalled twice. The second time he had to call Mox and they came and were able to get it running.We told the guys in the office that were nervous about buying it because it stalled and told him we wanted the money back, but they had it fixed the next morning anyways. The guy kept saying that the lady who handles the money isnt in the office and he has no idea when shell be there.He checked it out after they got it back from their mechanic and saw engine seal residue in the engine.We ended up getting one privately and that same day is when they cashed his check. Even after he told them several times that he wants his money back.He paid to have it checked out at his mechanic shop too.What a waste of time and $1000 just to test drive a failing vehicle!! Id go elsewhere.....

I went in looking for a car after my main vehicle died. Everything that was shown online was actually on the lot which is something Id been having issues with at other used car lots.Right off the bat there was no pressure and I was able to stroll around at my own pace. After going on a test drive I decided to buy a car. I sat down and spoke with Lou and he made things easy, and I drove home that Day. I got a great deal on a car in good condition and hopefully by the time my kid gets a license she will appreciate her hand me down car.

I purchased today 4/22/21 I purchased my 2500 HD Sierra ... I received Timely attention from the moment I walked in the door the staff there was very friendly courteous and kind not just me but to my daughter as well my daughter purchased her truck there back in December and again that was our first encounter with them and of course as usual they were the kind courteous staff laughing joking willing to go above and beyond to try to get you into the car that you want at the price that you want with a reasonable down can I ask for anything better today other than the way these guys help me not just them but their staff as well thanks again Mox motors!!!!

I drove 7 1/2 hours to purchase a Subaru legacy, I spoke with two different people a few times about this car before my trip down.I asked about any body damage and was told it was an older car and there would be some dents and dings (as I expected) but there was no discernible damage. The entire left quarter panel was damaged.. that picture was conveniently left off the website.. DO NOT do business with this company!

I came in and was waiting outside patiently while he was helping someone. Said he would be right with me. A guy came up and while he was coming outside to help me and just avoided me a women to help a man instead. So if you’re a women I wouldn’t shop here.

Wanted to buy a car but no one came out to help us. I understand no pressure but at least have some customer service. When we called about the vehicle who ever answered the phone seemed very bothered and would only give one word answers. This was Moxs second and last chance with us. We bought a car from the previously and wasnt treated very well. I guess thats what we get.

I purchased a Ford Flex from Mox Motors about a year ago and have put over 20000 miles on it have not had any problems with it just regular maintenance. They treat you fairly, I would highly recommend them!! Remember that you’re buying a used car and you should do your own research first

They cleared us of the gap and got us in another car same day that the rental company demanded their car back. I know honest people when I meet them, these are good honest people.

Large selection of used cars. Just remember youre not buying new, its a no warranty used car lot you are buying aAS IS so test drive it and look it over...due diligence is your responsibility. A deposit is just that and you dont get it back if they are holding the car for you if you might not want it dont ask them to hold it and dont give a deposit.

Looking for truck. Email, no response. Called, had attitude and didnt stay on the phone long enough to answer questions about the truck. Drove 2 hrs (each way) to see the truck in person. You would think blown engine would be included in SOME part of the description? Or at least mention it on the phone !! STAY AWAY!!!

Test drove car for 20mins seemed all was Great. Shook hands and 2hrs later the vehicle broke down!!!! Need a tow... Saturday morning 7am vehicle is at their shop. I stop by to see how the repairs are going. Got a call 230p Saturday its fixed. Ready to go... pick up vehicle and 2hrs later broke down. Need tow... long story short took vehicle to its original dealership got it diagnosed MUST Have $6,000.00 plus thats not including brakes and rotors. Critical work for vehicle owners safety!!! Stay away they will smile in your face but laugh when they Think they GOT YOU!! THIS WAS IN FIRST 48HRS. BUYER BEWARE

Update: I went back to get another car last year (2020), before the shut-down and they ripped me off, sold me a truck that needed more than an ignition switch replacement.Theyre not nice and rip people off. They get away with it because they sell the cars as is.For me: I will never go back.The guys were great! Got a great deal on a car and if something is wrong they can fix it too.

Appointment got offered on New Year’s day for my friend and I to go check out a car. When we arrived to the appointment, on time, the door was locked and no one was here. We called and the gentleman Travis said he would be there shortly and that we could find the car we were wanting to look at because it was open. He approached us with the keys. There was an excessive amount of body damage to the car including scratches, dents, a hanging front bumper, damaged hub caps, and a poorly buffered paint job. Mr. Travis had little to nothing to say about the vehicle, and when we presented the price outstanding the worth of the car, he asked if we were here to buy or not because “it’s new year’s day and I don’t want to be here.” He stated that the price is what the price is and we can buy or not. Certainly would not recommend buying from this company. Supposedly they don’t negotiate nor do they want to “be there”

If you could give zero stars I would. My wife bought a car last week. The reset the code so they hid the fact that the car needed a cam. Her headlight wire needs to be replaced. Refuses to give her any gas, the car had 30 miles till empty when we drove it off the lot and the car was filthy. We were in desperate need and they completely took advantage of us and lied to us. Do not go here

Asked if they were open New Years and they said yes. Made an appointment for today (1/1/20) at 2:00 pm, and the man I scheduled an appointment with named Travis shows up late, by 30 minutes. Had to call the office twice and his number to figure out where he was. Look at the car and it’s a Hyundai Elantra 2010 and has severe surface issues, hub cap almost falling off with intense scratches on the hub caps and the sides of the vehicle. Multiple dents and the bumper out of place and they listed this car at $4,488. My boyfriend has a 2012 Hyundai Elantra and it isn’t even worth what they had it priced at ESPECIALLY Because of how dented and DAMAGED this car was on the outside, I don’t even want to know about the mechanics of it.Didn’t even drive it. Travis starts saying “I’m not trynna be here on New Years, so unless you’re looking to buy, the price is the price on the car.”Uhm sir, no it’s not. I’m not not negotiating with you on a car I can look up in two seconds on KBB to tell me it’s only worth $2500 and listed for almost FIVE THOUSAND. what a joke.

Warning Warning. Do Not leave a deposit unless you are ok with not ever getting it back should you change yr mind. My fiance was looking for a new car. The day we were going to pick it up and finish paying for it she got into an accident and is unable to walk for 2-3 months. Owner could care less. Stay away. Shop somewhere else

If I could give less than this star I would. I bought a car in Dec 2018 from here. I specifically asked if the car was sound and without issues because I have a kiddo. They told me the car was dependable and no issues were found when they looked over the car. So I purchased the car. 3 months later the car has more issurs than its worth and I just now got my tags. .... Not a happu customer. I have begun to lose my faith in businesses and people.

Called last week asked about financing options. I requested a vin was told would receive it via text. Never recieved it called 6 hours later in the day was told I forgot to send it Ill send it now. Never did. Car i was inquiring about dropped in price, been calling since and still no answer to the phone and no reply. Poor customer service will update if I get car if they ever answer the phone

Got a car that was a little dinged up but fixed by them. Asked them to fill fluids in car and put a little bit of gas in since they had car on empty. They said they did but didnt. Noticed that the battery wasnt bolted down and almost hit the fan. They asked if I wanted to pick up plate. I said yes and they guy said it would be ready by end of week. Didnt hear from them so I gave them a call. They never got around to getting plate. Called again a week later and they guy hung up on me. 3 days later got plate in mail. Took car to Murdock Tire to have new tires and alignment. They couldnt do it cause they control arms are damaged. The things that need to be fixed on car is more then what I paid for the car.

Do not go to Mox if you need a car, I have been dealing with them for a little over a month and I have spent over $3,000 dollars for a car that they said ran beautifully.The bottom line in these guys are crooks I bought a 2000 Nissan Altima from them and 4 days late it broke down, I had towed back to them and they told me what do you expect for a 3,000 dollar car. I regret going there and now Im out over 3,000 dollars.

With-in one month of purchasing one of their vehicles (which supposedly and visually had zero issues), three engine codes have popped up, the chassis began to shake upon driving the car, the AC stopped working, and the left window stopped working. I called the office to no help and no call backs.

I friend of mine went there. They (Lou) promised him that if he came back with 5 references which he has & his tag & proof of insurance, that the truck he was looking at would be ready when he came back. The dealership called him back & said they already had someone else come in & they put $200 down on the truck. He (the customer) had $500 in hand to put down on the truck. Empty promises. Apparently the dealer wanted to get him to buy a more expensive vehicle. Greed
