Went here after I broke my phone in the gym. Billy was the man with the plan taking care of me and he really did an awesome job. He found ways to lower my bill and found some discrepancies with my account. He was very patient, willing to help, and an awesome guy. Overall a great experience even though it was a stressful situation for us both.
Came here to get my daughter a new phone. Coleman, Joshua, and Jess took their time with us. They were very professional and super helpful. I will be recommending this store in the future and will be coming back!

The staff here made our day! The assistant manager and Juliette, who helped us were both very efficient and helpful. Our upgrades went without any issues, but while we were there we did hear some other customers who came in to get issues resolved. The assistant manager was calm, assertive and very supportive of the customers needs. Great experience, time for some raises I think!

Manager here is very rude. They had mask restrictions for covid listed on the door yet the rep who I was talking to both wasnt wearing one and vaped in my face. Refused me customer service despite no one else being in the store and told me to get out unless I bought a phone. Tmobile stores in the mall and on Cochran Blvd have much more helpful/less rude employees. 2 stars because the other employees were good enough, but they seem to have unrealistic phone sales quotas there and poor employee oversight which comes off to the customer as rude and unprofessional.

Walked into Girls laying/sitting on the counter.They wasted my time by trying to find an answer, so I asked to speak to a manager and low and behold they went home for the day.So you have two employees that look about 16 that don’t know any of the information about the products and they’re expected to close a store yea ok.She called the manager from her cell and didn’t inform her that she was with a customer just asked the question in unspecified detail.No hello when I walked in, no apology for the time wasted and trouble I was having just overall poor customer service..you don’t get paid to lounge n sleep. If the store is that slow look up product information, gain knowledge about your job, dust do something productive. Otherwise sit at home and watch Netflix and to the boss hire someone whose actually useful. K thnx
Coleman has been taking care of us since I moved to FL. I was stopping in originally just to pay my daughters prepaid plan each month and we would discuss promotions they were having and how my fiancé, my daughter, and myself were all paying separate providers for service. Almost six months later when we decided to make the change and join a family plan Coleman was right there to help us abs explain everything. He was never pushy for the sales, he always did what was best for us. We now have an unlimited plan with Hotspot and Netflix and all 3 of us have new devices for apx. 130/monthly. We have stopped in and called multiple times since sale for small to larger questions and some accessories and Coleman each time has assisted us with the best service ever. He has even worked off hours in helping me find what devices I needed to buy for my daughters secondary line. He has a great sense of humor ans his custome service is outstanding. I highly recommend this location as long as he is managing there. We want to thank Coleman and the staff for all the help provided. I am truly impressed by Colemans detication to demonstrate outstanding service to his customers. He is truly committedto taking care of his customers even after the sales are finalized (and thats a rare quality is sales).

WHENT THER TO UP GRADE MY CELL PHONE AND CHANGE FROM SPRINT TO T-MOBLE, WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER THE DAY BEFORE THAT I COULD AND QUTED ME PRICES, COME IN AND WE CAN TAKE CARE. NOT SO, I WAS TOLD I DIDNT QUALIFY FOR A PHONE PROMOTION AND I WOULD HAVE TO STAY ON SPRINTS BILLING, TOLD ONE THING AND WHEN I WAS THERE ANOTHER. VERY DISSAPOINTIG, WILL STAY WITH SPRINT AND WILL BUY THE PHONE AT A PROMOTIONAL PRICE. CLERK WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY,

I must say that Im torn on leaving this review. Several months ago, my wife and I switched from ATT to T-Mobile and purchased two iPhones as part of the package deal. The very nice sales agent provided us with loads of info including what our monthly bill would be and strongly suggested that we sign-up for autopay to save $10 on our monthly bill. After a few months of service, we noticed that T-Mobile was taking out TWICE the amount that we were quoted for our monthly bill. We called their customer service team and they informed us that we had signed up for two additional local phone numbers in addition to our already existing numbers. We did NOT sign up for this and asked that they take this off and credit our account. They said they could take off this feature, but couldnt refund or credit the account despite neither additional number ever being used. When I explained that we never signed up for this (nor was this ever mentioned in the sales reps sales pitch), they suggested that we go back to the T-Mobile store and discuss directly with the sales rep. We called the store and spoke with a very snarky young man who seemed to dismiss our complaint and told us to call T-Mobiles Customer Service. When I explained that we were told to call the store where we purchased our phones, his reply was well, I dont know what to tell you. We finally resolved the issue with T-Mobiles customer service, but the in-store operations left us with a very unsettling feeling.
Always great customer care. I wish they had a larger selection of phones; I probably would have spent more $$$. A good experience though.
Zack M was excellent in staying after the store closed to figure out a solution to my no service issue. Two days later, a brand new cell spot for my home arrives and activation was waived! Great service!

If you are looking for superior service you have cometo the right place. I became a T-mobile customer Dec 2017. Whenever I needed help, Brittany, Stacey, or Kristen were always there to help me. I recently stopped in because I experienced an issue during a cruise and lost the ability to use my data. I stopped in the Port Charlotte T-Mobile store and Kristen and Stacy had me up and running in no time. If you are looking for a new phone or plan, I would highly recommend this store.

I’m rating this 5 stars when it really should be 1 star but I don’t want the other employees at this store to be penalized for one employees terrible customer service and lack of knowledge. I signed up at this store with Johnnie last month and my bill was over $50 more than he said it would be, he took forever to do everything and was saying bad things about other employees to us it was overall an awful experience. We went back to get our bill fixed because we didn’t switch to spend MORE money than we were already paying and dealt with two very polite young girls who fixed everything for us and helped us get our free Netflix set up. If you go to this store I would recommend asking for one of the girls to help you because they seem to be the only ones who actually care about giving you a pleasant experience!!!

I will never go there again. The person who assisted me started asking questions about my account that had nothing to do with the reason I went there for saying those were routine questions. That was the first and last time I go there.

Just been here today. The Assistant manager was very rude to me and i was with the wheelchair lady with me..seems like she should not be there to work if you bring your problem to works specially when you are manager at store i forgot her name but she is assistant manager this store..is ashemed she showing to me her bad luck atitude. And i was going to get a new phone there for a cash but i decide not too..
I will never go there again. I have had the worst experience ever. I had to cancel my line within 7 days of being a new customer. I should have stayed with Cricket instead of switching. Bad bad bad!!!

Just as good as always. I travel about 20 to 25 miles to the Peachland Blvd. T-Mobile to see William Todd so he can help me with my phone when I need help because the people at the Englewood T-Mobile dont know squat about anything.
