Great little place. Actually, it’s the best place to get your cigars from. Great selection of cigars just ask if you don’t see what you want they might have it in back. I just wish they had more than beer and wine. I like drinking bourbon with my cigars.

Well, i dont smoke cigars, but my husband does during golf season! We used to go to Thompson Cigar company in Tampa but they are now closed and moved to Pennsylvania! I’ve been buying LFD Cabinet No.5 from here for months. The only place who has them. Bill called noticing I ordered some cigars and saw I clicked overnight shipping. He took the time, because I only love 6 hours north, to confirm I wanted overnight. Which I didn’t. I clicked it by mistake. Saved me money and still got my sticks in a couple days. Very nice place, owners are have a very good knowledge of Cigars in General, the humidor have a top of the line selection and the ambience is excellent to laid back relax and enjoy a very good Cigar, it is quiet, welcoming and not smoky but you can enjoy the smell of cigars and get confortable while other people’s smoke, the only down side is the hours of operations, they close doors at 4 pmBut overall one of the best places if not the best place to a good smoke in North Port/ Port Charlotte !

Held an event there tonight and it was so well received. Its a casual atmosphere and the Tobacco Locker is well maintained with a lot of ventilation so its not too smoky. They have a huge assortment of beverages too!

Absolutely the rudest customer service there is! I placed an order as a gift for my father to be delivered to my other apartment and they wanted a picture of my bank statement as well as the credit card, I told him that I’m not comfortable sharing that info via email and I can send a picture of my license and a card from my apartment complex showing that I’m a resident at it but he said in a very rude manner that we need all what we requested and that’s why we cancelled the order. On top of being overpriced on literally every item and doubling prices on charitable cigars, they’re even more rude. I can’t imagine doing business at this place at all!

New to smoking cigars and knowing which one to smoke my wife and I journeyed into this place and was immediately greeted by a very awesome bald gentleman and that was all I needed to see. And from there he proceeded to give the wife and I the grand tour and mouth just dropped to the floor, so many choices along with a great selection of beer and he paired me with a cigar and a beer and that was all I needed. Found the store when looking for a particular brand and glad I did. I spoke to Bill about 30 minutes to closing time on a Saturday. He said they would stay open; I told him I was only buying a few sticks, but he said he’d wait. When I got there, Lynn greeted me and let me look around . I can’t wait to go back! Please read entire post. This place is pretty good. I just have a couple of gripes.I like the staff. They have a great sense of personal service. My only complaints are no outside seating, and to be honest, a bit of a nickel and dime routine. They have some nice craft beers, but they charge $8 for one. I dont mind paying a little extra for the small business I like. However, that price coupled with a $10 clip fee makes it 18 dollars for me to walk in the door. Which is a little disappointing. Sometimes I wanna sit back with my personal favorite of a cigar(which they dont carry), have a beer, and chat with an old friend. That shouldnt be a $20 dollar process. Period. If Im paying for alcohol then I shouldnt pay a clip fee. Those small negatives aside. The place is quality all the way around and has great staff, comfortable chairs, Great lighting, and a nice tucked away location. All around a good place. Id give it 3.5 if I had the option.

I had been looking for a particular cigar for over a year and when I ran across a box at Tobacco Locker and at half the price it was advertised, but always out of stock, at other sites I took a chance and bought. Tobacco Locker offered free 2 day shipping and it arrived on day two and in perfect shape. I smoked one ROTT and it was great. I put the rest away and will be enjoying them through the holidays. Looking forward to doing business with these guys again.

I have been going to the locker for about 2 years now and I have to say. The owners Lyn and Bill are outstanding. I have learned so much, and have never been disappointed with the selection or prices. I have also meet so many great people in a upmost relaxing environment. If your looking for a moving and shaking party place this is not your spot. But if you want to relax and enjoy conversation with other great people I would suggest getting on down to the LOCKER.

I was up in the area and found the tobacco locker online,what a great Find! When I entered the room is was greeted by the customers! Im sure the locals, but anyway Lynn was awesome and had all the right answers to my novice questions. The only cigar shop to ever answer my questions without making me feel uncomfortable. To top it off her suggestions were spot on! Oh buy the way the price point is very good . I have nothing else to say but my experience with them was superior. Worst company to do business with. I have been a Padron 1926 and Oliva V Melanio smoker for over 20 years. I placed an order and got a call asking me to submit my Driver licence or passport picture to proof age. Not a single tobacco company in the USA will asked you for those private documents. They do ask for age on their site but not this company. The information requested is confidential and private. I do business with well renowned tobacco company in the USA such as Cigar International, JR cigar, Thompson Cigar, Mikes Cigars, Cuenca Cigars and others abroad. Quite strange!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to say the least. I will be checking my credit card for fraudulent charges.... I will pass the word to all my cigar smokes colleagues................

Went to Tobacco Locker website to order a somewhat rare box of cigars that they had in stock. Went through the entire ordering process and paid. Got an email shortly after saying that they could not sell me the box of cigars and they would be refunding my money. No apology, nothing for wasting my time, no effort to keep my business. I believe that this scam was just a way to get traffic into their website.
