Helpful staff, lots of costume choices. Wish there had been more outdoor decorations that were big sizes...but I still got some great stuff. Girl at checkout was extra friendly!

Theyre still setting up and the employees just kind of stood there while people were waiting to check out but they had quite a few decorations. They were only about 3/4 stocked, lots of empty shelves waiting for inventory

Expensive, no fitting rooms and you can’t return items after you buy them. I bought my son a costume. Got home and its to big. Go back and they dont have his size. Now Im stuck with an extra costume that will probably never get used and spending extra money to buy one from a different store.

The selection and actual quality I was quite impressed SUPER clean, SUPER organized. Always a fave every Halloween to go and check out ... Customer service was real nice, and being a disabled veteran, they offered a discount thats just so amazing !

Just wanted to exchange for a bigger size in an outfit and they would not allow it unbelievable some things just arent by our choice and when somebody gets the wrong size and you have to correct it because of their stupidity but the store does not want to help you out then shame on them

Way to lure everyone in by making us think animatronics at this store. Lame bait and switch. Not happy I hope my kid breaks one of your expensive toys.

Cant try on the entire costume, over priced, cannot return and they put STICKERS on areas that will not come off! So now you have a $30 costume for a baby thats ruined before wearing it. Thankfully Halloweens at night. Oh and if you have a coupon and their SYSTEMS dont recognize their own coupon straight from THEIR WEBSITE they make you wait with kids in line for 10-15 min of embarrassment telling you, you can step to the side to fix their systems (I guess) and after ALL OF THAT finally acknowledge that it is a legit coupon, whisper to you do not tell anyone I used a coupon from this envelope, or I will get fired WTF all for 20% off ONE COSTUME!! lol I wont be back next year.

Great inventory and the prices are reasonable. Definitely competitive with online pricing! I will never buy Halloween costumes anywhere else.

Staff was helpful. Lots to select from. Price was awesome. They even have 20%off after oct 4 with coupon.
