Awesome people to deal with. Very nice granate countertops. I waited 4 weeks at a nearby competitor and was still waiting for a 25x24 piece. Acer promised my piece in 13 days..... And for 40 dollars less for an identical piece. Perfect match.

Bought all new counter tops for bathrooms and kitchen. They were installed in a timely matter. Have no complaints. From the salesman Fernando to the installers everything was great. Would recommend this place to everyone 😉

I worked with Tom in the shop. Fantastic. I checked with a different place and they wanted $1200 plus tax and they were just up the road off Veterans. I then ended up walking through the Acer lot and found a perfect remnant for $500 installed. Everything was done by the time they promised. Now if you are from up in the NY metro area where you can get an entire house in 3 days this is the wrong place for you. But they do a fabulous job nonetheless. Highly recommended. From the old white to the lovely new granite.

Worse company ever, the lady on the front desk, is very unprofessional, she does not know how to talk with her customers, their quality is poor, and the wait time is weeks and weeks away from installation plus delivery

Acer Granite installed granite tops in our kitchen as well as on a built in desk. Fernando and his crew were outstanding to work with! We got two estimates on our project and Acer was marginally less expensive. More importantly, however, is that Acer was very professional, took the time to answer our many questions and educate us, and really took a customer centered approach with us. We are delighted with both the product and the installers were efficient, meticulous, experienced and really fussed over project to make sure it was perfect. It was if they were installing counters in their own hands! One of our neighbors liked the counters so much they are using Acer to install theirs!

They exceeded our expectations.

We have remodeled 3 homes, 2 in Georgia and 1 here in Florida. The homes in Georgia, I had to have them replace backsplashes as the corners did not fit and also cut too short. They filled the defects with caulking and though that I would be pleased with it. With that experience, I feared the worst when the installers arrived this morning. I did speak with one of the gentleman and he insured me that the quality of the cuts would be good. After they were finished, he came in and had me inspect their work. I can safety say, excellent quality, workmanship and you get what you pay for. Thank you Acer Granite, it’s been a pleasure having you install our granite throughout our home, and Fernando, you too were the greatest to work with.

We hired Acer Granite do our bathroom counters when we did our remodel. Their prices were fair and their selection was pretty good! We worked with Tom and he was very helpful. After the install, we noticed that one of the counter tops had a crack in it. We called and they sent someone out to check it out. They filled it and polished it but I was still a bit annoyed that it was not replaced fully. I pondered if I should call them back and complain but, before I could do that, Tom called and told me that they would be replacing the top. We made arrangements with them and they brought us another top and installed it. We were very pleased to work with Acer and would recommend them very highly.

My husband and I recently hired Acer Granite to install granite in our kitchen and baths in our house in North Port. The entire process was excellent from the estimate, the granite selection, to the installation process. All of the employees were extremely professional and highly experienced and we were impressed with their level of efficiency and attention to detail. The granite price that we received was also competitive with other quotes that we received. The finished product looks amazing and we are extremely pleased we chose to work with Acer Granite. Just had my two bathroom counters done by Acer and could not be happier. Was concerned after reading other reviews but this company did a superb job. We had one small problem with a scratch and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. The two gentlemen that installed it, and also came back to fix the scratch were excellent. We would be happy to hire them again and very happy to recommend them.

I had a great experience working with Fernando and the office manager and picking out the proper granite countertop. They were very professional and very very helpful I would recommend Acer granite to anyone. They have a great selection of countertops if you cant find what you want their then youre not going to find it anywhere.The gentleman who install the granite were fantastic as was Steve who did the template!

I went in for a ball park estimate. Tom was helpful and answered all my questions.

I had a problem with the installers job installing my granite. After many calls, the company cant seem to get anyone out here to fix the problem. This company will never return a phone call when they tell you they will, you will just have to keep calling and calling. They wont return most voicemails either. They have horrible customer service. Trust me, its not worth the headache, just find another granite company. Im going to pay another company to come fix their installers mistake at this point, just to be done with it.
